A Must Bond

After sobbing with all his might, Kenny rushed to see his wife. He shouldn't accept defeat, he shouldn't give up yet, his wife was still alive. His Mona, he'd still see her smile at him and cling to him and call his name.

Mona felt relieved, she was exceptionally happy for no reason. She was in a place where the floor was clouds and she was walking with people to the light. Yes, the light was always safe and better. They walked with no haste and she heard a voice welcoming the guest as they entered one after the other.

Mona was the last person, she smiled as her name was about to be called. The girl didn't remember a thing. All she was after was the light, she just wanted to find peace. "Mona!" She heard her name but not from the voice she had been hearing. Then she heard again. "Mona," from the voice coming from the light.
