Although Tan ya-ting didn't really like Gao ling she didn't feel any iota of hatred towards Yu Xiao Yan, she also never agreed to overlooked things she did in the past but some how she felt there was more to everything than they know and for some reason she wasn't particularly trusting towards this filial and successful granddaughter, she just seemed too glib for a truly honest person.

Even though she noticed Tan ya-ting had not uttered a word since she still felt achieved because everyone that mattered were on her side, especially Yu Wang shu, so the remaining people that didn't trust her which were grand mother Tan ya-ting and her second cousin Yu Anni were of no importance.
