As he got to Miss Mavis, in a turn of events, she revealed a smile and then picked the golden badge from the tray. She then proceeded to put it around the stunned Jim's hand.

Seeing that, the crowd suddenly burst into an uproar shocked by his achievement. After all, they were also from other classes and knew the importance of being handed a golden badge! Almost all the people in witnessing the event apart from a few wanted golden badges but they weren't able to win their games and therefore, they weren't able to get the golden badge. So if someone was able to do just that, then they couldn't help but be shocked by the achievement.
