As Clara detailed Elena's performance, Magnar found himself impressed by her resilience and expertise. The more he heard about Elena's capabilities and the positive attributes the more confident he felt about the hiring decisions of Clara and also Elena's capabilities. Magnar's thoughts were already turning to how he could support Elena moving forward. 

Magnar listened intently, nodding in agreement. "I'm glad to hear that. What about the other candidates?"
