A Moment

"*Yawn*" said Wura as she rubbed her eyes and she yawned as she opened them, the light coming from the window not too far away, had woke her up.

Wura rubbed her brown eyes once again and she looked around, she was not familiar with this place, and that was when she remembered that she was not at her home, but she was at the Castle now, it would take her some time to adjust to that fact.

Wura looked at her bed, she was surrounded with pillows, and oddly enough when she thought that she would not be able to sleep, she had actually fallen asleep soundly without a care in the world, and that was very alarming to her.

In fact she had made a solitude of pillows, which she had used to surround herself.

She had managed to help herself out of her dress last night, and she had changed into her white silk nightgown.

Wura got out of bed, her hair was a mess, with strands of her curly hair scattered all over her face, and her curly were all messy.

Wura wondered what time it was seeing as she had no idea of knowing so, she would not dare go out of her room seeing as she did not want to get lost once again, she was in a strange place that she never knew before, and so she was going to be careful.

Wura walked to the window to check outside, she had not noticed last night, but it seemed that her room was in one of the highest peaks of the Castle, she could see almost everything that covered the Castle from a long distance away, all from her bedroom window.

Wura sighed, it seemed that she had to wait here till Liam or someone else came to wake her up.

As if at that moment hearing her prayer a knock on the door startled her.

"Who is it?" asked Wura as she calmed herself down.

"It is me… Liam" said Liam as he was on the other side of the door.

"Ahh, it is his highness" said Wura to herself as she began to panic, wait why was she panicking again??

"Please give me a moment your highness" said Wura as she scurried about, she had to get decent first, not like she was not already decent in the first place, Wura looked around for what she could use to cover herself, it would be weird for the prince to see her in her nightwear, she was not sure if she could handle that sort of embarrassment.

"Alright" said Liam as he wondered what she was up to, but no matter at all, he would wait for her.

Without warning Wura grabbed the first thing she could see to cover herself, and then she reached out for a white cloth laying around to cover her hair and then she looked at herself from head to toe and she walked to her door and she opened the door.

"Good Morrow your highness" said Wura as she opened the door to her room and she smiled at him.

"Good Morr…ow Lady Wura" said Liam as he looked at Wura from head to toe and he was speechless for once in his life, just what in the Kingdom was Wura wearing this early morning???

"What brings you here your highness??" asked Wura as she smiled at him.

"May I come in?" asked Liam as he did not answer her question.

"Yes, of course your highness" said Wura as she smiled and she moved away, this was his Castle after all, and he could have as well not have been as polite enough as to ask to enter her room.

"Thank you" said Liam as he stepped into Wura's room.

"Lady Diwura, why are you wearing a coat?? Inside??" asked Liam as he could not understand what was going on?? Why was Wura wearing a coat inside the Castle, and why was her head covered???

"Ahhh well…" said Wura as she did not know what to say, she could not possibly tell him that she was dressed like this because she did not want him to see her in her nightwear.

"Well??" asked Liam as he was waiting for an explanation, she could not possibly be cold, he had ensured that her room was purposely kept as warm as possible, well after their conversation about heat the last time.

"Well you highness, I was feeling a bit chilly" said Wura as she smiled.

"You were??" asked Liam and Wura nodded.

"But I ensured that your room in particular be kept warm" said Liam as he did not believe her at all, but then again, she was a very odd woman, so the possibility of her truly feeling cold could not be ruled out, maybe it had something to do with her being still uncomfortable with being here.

"Ahhh well, I do not know your highness, I… I just suddenly felt cold" said Wura as she smiled sheepishly.

"Ahh well alright then, should I ask that the heat in your room be increased??" asked Liam.

"Oh, no, no your highness, that is not necessary, I am sure that I will be alright once I have my bath" said Wura.

"Alright then" said Liam.

"And that brings me to why I am here" said Liam.

"You may enter now" said Liam as he turned to look at the door and a young girl entered Wura's room, she had her head bowed down as she walked in and stood very far away from Liam and Wura.

Wura turned to look at the girl, who did not look much older than her, in fact Wura was sure she was about her age.

"This is Nora" said Liam as he turned to look at the girl.

"She will be your personal maid from now on" said Liam as he turned to look at Wura.

Wura just nodded her head, with the way Liam had said that, it sounded more like it was a command and not something she could bargain with him on.

"I am here to serve you my lady" said the maid named Nora as she bowed and she turned to look at Wura for a brief second before she removed her gaze and went back to bowing her head.

"Thank you" said Wura as she looked at Nora and then she smiled.

"Thank you your highness" said Wura as she turned to look at Liam and she smiled at him.

Liam smiled back at her, it would seem that the best time to approach her was early in the morning, when her mind had not yet been rested enough to disrespect him, he would take note of that.

But then again, he had expected her to still be sleeping at this early time in the morning, he was used to waking up early, but he did not think that she was, and to add to that, they had arrived late at the Castle last night.

Maybe she was not able to sleep well, and she had a restless night, and that was why she was awake so early, thought Liam to himself, he did not blame her if she was still not used to being here.

But now that he thought about it, the wedding was in four days, and either she did not come here earlier or not, she would have had to get used to living in the Castle, which was why he believed that it was good that she moved here earlier.

"*Ahem*" said Liam as he snapped out of all his raging thoughts, gosh, he only thought this much whenever he considered things involving Wura, he did not know if it was a good or bad thing that his mind was always so occupied with thoughts of her wellbeing.

"I will be taking my leave now" said Liam as he took one last look at Wura and he frowned slightly, she looked really odd in that coat of hers.

"Nora will assist you in getting ready, seeing as my father desires for us to all have dinner together" said Liam.

"Oh… alright then your highness" said Wura as she smiled.

"Mhmmm" said Liam, he wondered when she would finally drop the 'your highness' title and just refer to him plainly as Liam??

"See you at breakfast, Nora will lead you to the dining room" said Liam.

"Alright then, see you your highness" said Wura as she smiled at him and Liam left the room.

Wura turned to look at Nora who was just standing there, with her head bowed to the ground, it was as if she was trying to make her presence as unnoticeable as ever.

"Nora is it?? If I am correct??" asked Wura.

"Yes, my Princess??" asked Nora as she raised her head up immediately to meet Wura's eyes.

" Is there anything you require me to do??" asked Nora as if she was being held captive.
