The Seamstress

"My princess, did you enjoy breakfast??" asked Nora as she walked side by side with Wura, she would not walk ahead of Wura that would be bad.

"Yes I did Nora, thank you for asking" said Wura as she smiled brightly.

"And how was your own breakfast Nora??" asked Wura as she turned to look at Nora.

"It was good my Princess, thank you for asking" said Nora.

"Although I am sure that it cannot compare to yours" said Nora.

"What do you mean Nora??" asked Wura.

"Ah, please do not mind me at all my princess" said Nora.

"Alright" said Wura as she stopped walking at Nora stopped and opened the door to her room and Wura walked in.

"Thank you" said Wura as she smiled at Nora as she walked to her bed and she sat down on her bed.

"You are welcome my princess" said Nora as she was shocked, was it just her, or was the princess very polite, not to just people that mattered, but to everyone? And that was a shock for Nora, to be honest, she thought that when she was chosen to serve the Princess, she thought that it would be a hard job for her to please the princess, but it turned out to be very easy after all.

"My princess, the seamstress should be here soon" said Nora as she bowed her head and she placed the parchments on the dressing table.

"Alright then" said Wura as she was already feeling bored, she had nothing to do here, she had not brought any of her books here, and she had none of her paints here too, so she had absolutely nothing to do here.

"My Princess are you alright??" asked Nora as she noticed that Wura was looking sad.

"Ahh… yes, yes I am Nora, Thank you" said Wura as she smiled at Nora.

"But you do not look alright my princess" said Nora.

"Trust me Nora, I am alright" said Wura as she smiled, she liked the fact that Nora was becoming more and more comfortable with her as they interacted more, and she liked that, she did not want Nora to be scared of her at all, she wanted her to feel at ease at all times.

"I am happy that you worry for me" said Wura as she smiled.

"I am only doing my duty my princess, which is to look after your wellbeing" said Nora and Wura smiled.

A knock on the door interrupted Nora and Wura's conversation, Nora walked to the door and she opened the door.

"Yes" said Nora.

"The seamstress has arrived" said the guard that came to inform Nora.

"Alright, please direct her here" said Nora.

"I will do so" said the guard as he walked away.

"Who was that??" asked Wura as she turned to look at Nora who had just closed the door.

"It was just one of the guards, he was just here to inform me that the seamstress has arrived" said Nora as she turned to look at Wura.

"So is quick, she is here already??" asked Wura as she was surprised.

"Well My Princess, that might be because the wedding is soon" said Nora.

"You may be right" said Wura.

A few minutes later a knock on the door could be heard and Nora walked to the door and she opened it.

"Good Morrow Seamstress" said Nora as she bowed her head and the woman walked in.

"Good Morrow" said the Seamstress as she smiled.

"Good Morrow" said Wura as she stood up from her bed and she walked to greet the seamstress with a smile.

"Oh no, my princess this is not right at all, I should be the one to greet you first" said the Seamstress as she bowed.

"Good Morrow my princess" said the seamstress.

"Please rise, this is not necessary at all" said Wura as she smiled.

"As my princess wishes" said the Seamstress as she stood up.

"My name is Lilia Evergreen my princess, and it is an honour to finally meet you" said the seamstress named Lilia as she smiled at Wura, she had black hair and brown eyes, she wore a green dress along with a black cloak, and she had a bag in her hand, where Wura thought that was where she put all her tools.

"Lady Diwura Lily Scot" said Wura as she introduced herself and she smiled.

"And that is my personal maid Nora" said Wura as she turned to look at Nora and she smiled, and Nora shied away.

"My Princess, I am here today to take your measurements" said Lilia.

"Yes I am aware" said Wura as she smiled.

"And also to know your final decision for your choice of design" said Lilia as she smiled, the princess was a very beautiful woman, no wonder the Prince was smitten with her.

"Ahh yes" said Wura as she walked to the dressing table to pick up the Parchments and Nora quickly picked it up for her and she handed it to her and Wura smiled.

"Here" said Wura as she walked to Lilia and she handed her the parchments.

"I have chosen number 3" said Wura as she smiled.

"Ahhh a wonderful choice for a beautiful princess" said Lilia as she smiled.

"You flatter me Lady Lilia" said Wura as she laughed.

"No My Princess, I cannot be higher than you, please just call me Lillia" said Lilia as she smiled.

"Alright Lillia, if you wish so, and I would prefer it if you just called me Wura" said Wura as she smiled.

"No, I cannot dare do such my princess, I would rather call you by your title" said Lilia as she smiled.

"Alright then" said Wura as she smiled, she could not force Lila to do something she was not comfortable with.

"So Lillia, will the dress be ready in time for the wedding??" asked Wura as she face-palmed herself in her mind, why was she asking such a question?? She did not even want to get married the first place.

"Not to worry my Princess, the dress will be ready before the wedding" said Lilia.

"Let me just say that it is an honour to be the one tasked with making your wedding dress, I am truly honoured" said Lillia as she smiled.

"The pleasure is all mine" said Wura as she smiled, she liked Lilia, she seemed like a very nice person, who was always happy, and Wura liked that, she liked nice people, but then again who did not like nice people.

"I must have played myself as a talkative, please forgive me" said Lilia as she smiled.

"No, not at all" said Wura as she laughed, she liked to hear someone else talk for a change, and Lilia seemed like a very enthusiastic person.

"Oh my Princess, you are too kind" said Lilia.

"But nevertheless, I cannot forgive myself, so let me please continue with what I was sent here to do" said Lilia as she smiled.

"Alright then" said Wura as she smiled and Lilia reached into her bag and she brought out an item used for measuring.

"My princess, if you do not mind, I would begin to take your measurements" said Lilia as she turned to Wura and she smiled.

"I do not mind at all carry on" said Wura as she smiled.

"Please raise your hands and place them by your side" said Lilia and Wura did as she was told and Lilia began to take her measurements.

"My Princess, what should the length of your wedding dress be?" asked Lilia as she measured Wura's shoulders and her bust, and her waist.

"I do not really know, but considering that it is winter, I believe that the length of the dress should be long" said Wura.

"Alright then, my princess I will make sure to make a long length for the dress" said Lilia as she measured from Wura's waist down to the ground.

"And that is all" said Lilia as she smiled.

"That was quick" said Wura.

"I receive that a lot my princess" said Lilia as she laughed and Wura laughed too.

"But in a good way" said Lilia as she laughed.

"Well when should I expect the dress??" asked Wura as Lilia packed her measuring tool in her bag and she seemed to be writing down something.

"Well in at least two days my princess" said Lila.

Two days?? Well that would leave two days for the wedding itself, not to be mean or something, but Wura could not believe that the dress that she chose would be ready in two days, it just seemed impossible.

"Alright then" said Wura as she smiled.

"Well I must be taking my leave now my princess, I still have many things to do today" said Lilia.

"Oh that is alright" said Wura as she smiled, she felt a bit sad that Lilia was leaving, seeing as she was the only one that talked to her normally, while Nora was still a bit uncomfortable with her.

"I will make sure to deliver your dress personally" said Lilia.

"Thank you Lilia" said Wura as she smiled.

"You are welcome my princess, it is my pleasure" said Lilia as she smiled and she bowed before Nora opened the door for her and she left.
