A mother

"Oh but your mother is actually very caring my dear" said Tessa with a smile.

"I know that she is Aunt" replied Wura with a smile.

"She just sometimes has trouble with expressing her true feelings" said Tessa.

"I know she does, but how does it feel to be a mother Aunt?" asked Wura with a smile.

"Oh my dear, it is the best feeling in the world my dear, first you were alone in this world, and now you have a piece of you and the man you love the most living, it Is the best thing to ever happen to me" said Tessa as Wura smiled.

"Now I cannot even imagine my life without my dear Lily present, she just shows me how vibrant life is… and I waited so long for her and now she is finally here" said Tessa as tears started to drop from her eyes.

"Oh Aunt please do not cry" said Wura as she smiled and she hugged Tessa as Tessa laughed.

"No I will not cry my dear, I was just getting a bit emotional thinking about it" said Tessa as she wiped away her tears.

"I mean in the beginning, I could not love the man that I truly love, and then against all odds I married him even though it took such a long time for us to finally be together, and then after all that due to my age, I was told that I would not be able to have any children, and yet here I am, finally a mother" said Tessa.

"Oh Aunt, if anyone deserves to be a mother it Is you, and I know that you will be a wonderful mother" said Wura as she broke their hug.

"Yes my dear, I know, I will be a better mother than my own mother was, because heavens knows how much I loved her, but she did so many things that made me question her time and time again" said Tessa as she smiled.

"But now I have my own daughter, the only one I can have in this life, and I promise to take care of her the way that she deserves" said Tessa as she smiled.

"I know that you will Aunt, and Lily is lucky to have a mother like you, because both you and Uncle love her so much" said Wura as she smiled.

"Oh enough about me my dear, tell me how are things going with his Majesty?" asked Tessa with a smile as Wura sighed.

"Oh I know that sigh dear, it is the sigh of a longing lover, I have my fair share of those" said Tessa as Wura smiled at her.

"What is wrong my dear, tell me" said Tessa as she smiled.

"I just miss him so much" said Wura with a smile.

"Is it because he went on a peacekeeping journey?" asked Tessa with a smile.

"Yes Aunt it Is because of that" Wura as she smiled.

"Awww my dear, do not worry, he will be back before you know it" said Tessa with a smile.

"I really hope that he will be" said Wura with a smile as Tessa smiled at her.

"Oh my dear Reti, you are here" said Tessa with a smile as Ireti walked into the room.

"Yes, I came to check on you and Lily" replied Ireti.

"Oh how wonderful of you my dear Reti" said Tessa with a smile.

"Good noon mother" said Wura with a smile as she looked at Ireti.

"Good noon Wura" replied Ireti.

"My dear Reti, Wura and I were just talking about babies and how she will soon carry a child of her own, and then you would become a grandmother" said Tessa as she laughed.

"Wura, you do know that having a child Is a big responsibility" aid Ireti as she looked at Wura.

"Yes I know that mother, and I am not yet ready for a child, but that does not mean that I should not be prepared" said Wura with a smile.

"Good, being prepared is the best thing, because when you are not prepared, it leads to developing a fear" said Ireti.

"Yes I know mother" replied Wura with a smile.

"I have to go now, I have so many things to do, I will see you later mother, take care Aunt" said Wura as she stood up and she gave Tessa a kiss on the cheek.

"Sleep well Lily my little cousin" said Wura as she gave Lily a kiss on the forehead and she walked out of the room as Ireti sat down next to Tessa.

"Is that how you felt when you found out you were pregnant with Wura?" asked Tessa.

"Feeling scared and unprepared yes, but they were the least of my worries, you know that Tessa" replied Ireti.

"I know" replied Tessa with a sigh.

"My Queen" called Zechariah as Wura turned to look at him.

"Oh greetings Zechariah" said Wura with a smile.

"Greetings my Queen, here are the records that Mero asked me to give you" said Zechariah as he handed the records to Wura.

"Oh thank you" said Wura with a smile.

"You are welcome my Queen, I will take my leave now" said Zechariah as he smiled.

"Alright Zechariah, thank you" said Wura with a smile as Zechariah smiled at her and he walked away.

Wura was in her room, looking through some letters as she read something that made her frown as Nora walked into the room.

"My Queen, I have moved everything to his Majesty's office as you have requested" said Nora with a smile as she bowed in front of Wura as Wura dropped the letter and she kept it in a book.

"Thank you Nora, but I am not going to work now, I will have dinner with my family" said Wura with a smile as Nora smiled.

"Alright my Queen, enjoy your dinner with your family" said Nora with a smile.

"Thank you Nora, you know that you could come and have dinner with us if you want" said Wura with a smile.

"Thank you for the offer my Queen, I really appreciate it, but I have many things to do here, I still need to clean your room" said Nora as she smiled, she did appreciate Wura's good gesture, but she felt like she would be out of place if she had dinner with Wura's family.

"Oh well alright Nora, I will see you later then" replied Wura as Nora nodded and she smiled as Wura walked out of her room and Nora proceeded to start cleaning up as she had said that she would do.

Nora knew that Wura would no longer be sleeping in here till further notice, so she wanted to tidy everything up and she had already moved some of Wura's clothes into the spare spot in Liam's closet.

Nora grabbed the broom as she started to sweet the room while stuck in her own thoughts.

"My Queen, I have brought some of your clothes here and I also tidied up your room" said Nora with a smile.

"Thank you Nora, I do not know what I would do without you" said Wura as she smiled.

"You always take care of everything for me, from moving my things to wherever I ask to just being there for me when I need you, thank you Nora" said Wura with a smile as she hugged Nora.

"You do not need to thank me my Queen, I am only doing my duty" replied Nora.

"No Nora, this is more than your duty, and I do not deserve someone as loyal as you, so thank you" said Wura as she broke their hug and she smiled.

"You are welcome my Queen, please go to sleep now, and have a good rest" said Nora with a smile.

"I will Nora, and you too, have a good rest" replied Wura with a smile as Nora walked out of the room as Wura climbed into bed and she smiled as she sighed and then she started to laugh.

"I wonder how you would react if you knew that I was sleeping in your bed right now" said Wura to herself as she laughed.

"Would you be angry that I invaded your personal space without asking, or would you want me to stay since you miss me too?" asked Wura to herself as she smiled.

She had been counting the days and hoping every morning she woke up that she would find Liam already here right beside her, she really hoped for that, because she missed him to death, and it was killing her not to know how he was or where he was exactly.

"Goodnight Liam, I love you" said Wura to herself with a smile as she closed her eyes and she sighed, she could not find it hard to sleep when she in his room, it felt like Liam was right here beside her.
