Complete the mission soldier

Rushing through the trees, were 3 figures that appeared as nothing more than blurs. Their movements were silent and out of sight, if someone wanted to see them they would have to look up through the trees at the perfect time.

Even then it would require skill to see them navigating through the trees. At the top, Vanessa was being carried by Jack, his eyes seeming to have gotten better after being burned by Wenji's assault.

Vanessa was being carried, slung over his arm. On her ankle, it was swapped excessively so that the movement of travelling would put her in any pain.

If a doctor was to be unwrapped, a throbbing red lesion would surprise anyone that saw it. It was very swollen causing her to be in great pain despite the fact that it was tightly wrapped.

Creig was running the fastest out of the three. He stayed mostly silent rarely talking to the others, outside of a simple nod or a gesture. This was also true for his girlfriend, Ceni."

"Boss, we had to leave, Greg, we wouldn't have been able to carry him wither way. He was too heavy since he was passed out." Jack, with large neck muscles and similar-looking biceps all along his limbs and torso, expressed.

"Jack, I don't want to talk. We need to get caught up to Forsen first. I don't need consoling especially from you." Creig hissed, this discouraged his girlfriend Ceni from saying anything.

This made the atmosphere silent for a few hundred metres.

"Boss is that…" Jack blurted the end of his words.

Creig visibly clenched his teeth, making his cheek muscle tremble. His eyes became laser sharp and no longer carried a blank face. His became faster as before they collectively stopped at a certain area.

Everyone had a surprised expression, looking over at the body passed out on the floor, Forsen.

His nose cracked, anyone could see that it was a brutal sound. No matter how they looked they could see that show was taken out in a single blow. With another look, they could see that his sheath and his sabre were missing.

Little details like this, man Creig's head throb in anger.

No one exchanged words or they didn't know what to say since they were shocked themselves. Jack and Cina simply look between Forsen waiting for some reaction.

"Cina, you wait here until Forsen is awake, you guy can advance at your own pace, we will go on ahead."

Creig tried hard to stay calm, Unfortunately, he failed to conceal the anger in his voice. If he spoke too much, he was afraid he would lash out at someone and the only person he wanted to do this with, was Junya.

While helpless looking at each other, Jack looked at Cina and then proceeded to let Vanessa down on the ground. Only then was she able to tell what happened, since she was slung over his shoulders before, her view was blocked.

Now she finally understands the gravity of the situation. Not only to the rest but for herself. 'My ankle is not in good condition and I don't think I will be able to complete the trial at all with my leg this jacked up. I only agreed to help as a favour… Even that was only after I was sure Wenji wasn't very strong…'

Inwardly she sighed at her poor judgment, avoiding all trouble was better than avoiding some.

"Let's go," Creig muttered.

"Creig…" Ceni tried to find something to say but he left before the words could do the same along with Jacob following behind.

Forsen was someone close to them and felt their friend deserved justice.

Which would have been the noble reason and admirable reason for their sudden urge to settle the score. However, the situation was different.

Creig along with Forsen and Jack all carried out jobs for money. This included being hired by other students who were too scared of doing it themselves, like making sure their competitor was 'late' for school or stealing an expensive item.

This was his normal business operations during high school, which made them a pretty penny, so much so that they finally continued.

It was throughout tier success that they found out their strengths. With this knowledge, they planned to enter a Mobster group and take a mission that paid 100 times more than whatever they did in high school.

However, this was easier said than done. Getting into GMCAU was akin to nailing a dart from a mile away while being blindfolded and strapped to the back of a van that was on fire.

It was the first hiccup he encountered, it was then he received an offer. In his email no less, it was an anonymous client that promised him a spot in the school. He brushed it off as nothing and sent a threatening reply.

The anonymous client replied with all of his personal information and data.

His face was pale going through the email and his mind raced to try to make sense of it. The anonymous client proposed his offer once more along with a simple mission he needed to complete.

He was dumbfounded, still, he managed to negotiate for his Forsen and Jack under the guise that they were essential to his team, which the client agreed with.

A few weeks later, he received three mail accepting them into GMCAU even though they didn't even apply, along with later that night, the one he was doing now.

In the current situation, it would jeopardize his business which was his source of income. Along with their dreams of becoming a Mobster group. The godsend opportunity to complete a Job in exchange for admission presented itself but it was slipping away.

If he failed to complete this mission, he was not sure what would happen, however, it was sure that his business would be impacted, with the worst-case scenario being expulsion.

"I can't let the fucker go away. I'll smash that arrogant prick!"

With the weight of what it means to let Junya escape, he portrayed anger for the first time.
