Chapter 34

I then smiled as I reminisced about all the things I did with Shanon last night, while my eyes were still focused on the figure of the woman who was still sleeping beside her at this time. I stared at my girlfriend's face for a few moments before I heard the sound of my stomach as if it tried to tell me that I had barely eaten anything other than the ham sandwich that Beth had bought for me for breakfast yesterday morning.

Sighing softly, I got out of bed as quietly as possible so as not to wake Shanon before I left my bedroom and closed my bedroom door, leaving my girlfriend still asleep on my bed. I then walked to the kitchen and checked the contents of my refrigerator while thinking about the breakfast menu that I could make for my first breakfast with Shanon today.
