After I make sure that Shanon is already asleep, I slowly closed the bedroom door and leave her there. Then I walked to Iskandar's reading room which I had left when I was busy accompanying Shanon to sleep in his room and looked for my two friends who I thought were still there.

Unfortunately, I only found Iskandar who was leaning his body on the sofa, while I didn't see Beth beside him at all.

"Where is Beth?" I asked, sitting next to him.

"Oh, she is already back to her place. She said that there was business, I don't know what it was called."

He sighed softly. "Even though I was just about to explain everything to you guys. But instead you were left. What about Shanon?"

"He's asleep. He looks really tired."
