His Descendants

Howard's thunderous voice echoed throughout the lounge. The room was not spacious enough; thus, his bellows could terrify anyone but not Austin, who was used to his rage.

"There will be a press conference this evening to clarify the issue," he added. "Well, Violet's husband is efficient, though. You should be happy she married Allen, your immortal enemy."

"What did you say?" Howard shot daggers at Austin, who never averted his gaze but curled his lips, teasing him.

However, his behavior does not upset Howard. There are only a few people who are never afraid of his wrath, and Austin is one of them.

Instead of shuddering in fear, Austin would enjoy taunting him. He would admit it is why he keeps him by his side because of his personality of not being intimidated by him. In fact, he is willing to experience hell for his psychopathic satisfaction.

Like now, Austin would only laugh while explaining facts to him.
