Where does the game end? Where does reality start?

When one very anticipated VRMMORPG was about to be launched, and Jake was one of the first players to have a chance to access it, he had a weird dream of himself fighting massive beasts and then seeing a world being destroyed.

Without knowing any better, Jake assumes that it was just a weird dream, but then he begins to have those weird dreams again and again until they become even more vivid, and much to his surprise, whenever the dream changes, he obtains a new power inside the game.

It doesn't take long for Jake to realize that he isn't the only one who has those dreams, and soon enough, Jake realizes that the game and reality are a lot more connected than he thought.

Unlimited Power 03: The Sinful Ruler

While the others were thinking about what to do, Jake used Mana Blade, and a massive beam of energy flew toward the enemy, who hid behind the shadow shield to protect himself. The attack pushed him away for hundreds of meters, and Jake couldn't help but frown at the power returning to his body… he imagined that he could become as strong as he was before by using Pride Incarnate, but he didn't think that his powers would return that fast.

"I should focus on sending my mana to the sword… it will be more effective," Jake thought.

Before he could do that, the shadows assumed the shape of fists, and then the enemy began to punch the air and send those powerful blasts of fire in the shape of fists toward Jake. They were much bigger than the ones before, so Jake was unable to block them. He countered them by swinging his sword at the last minute, but the collision caused explosions that made even him flinch while he was approaching.
