TAKE HER HOME

Just when they thought things will be better from here on, they didn't expect this to occur. Can the bad news just come to an end already?. They wish this could happen, but does everything come off according to what you expect?. No! it doesn't.

"I will come with you, Ethan." Elina voiced out as Ethan picked up his keys to head out.

"I will come with." Louis and Axel said at a time.

"No, I will go alone. We just left the hospital some hours ago, and you guys need some rest. I will be back." Ethan said.

"I will come with you brother," Axel stated again.

"Yes, at least Axel should go with you." Louis voiced out.

"Mmmm" Ethan mumbled while rushing out with Axel trailing behind. He had no time to waste.

They got to the car, and Ethan took the driver's seat while Axel sat next to him in the passenger seat. They drove off to the hospital with urgency.

In less than thirty-five minutes they arrived at the hospital heading straight for the doctor's office. Upon arriving they were welcome by the doctor.

He directed them in and offered them a seat.

"Sorry for the inconvenience Mr. Lu." The doctor apologized with sincerity.

"That's okay Doctor, I received your call earlier telling me to rush back to the hospital," Ethan said

"Well yes, I think her depression is acting out now. She just attempted suicide not long ago." The doctor said but was interrupted by Axel's question.

"Is she okay now doctor?" Axel voiced out in the middle of the doctor's report.

"Yes she is okay, she has been checked and taken care of. As of right now, the is nothing to worry about." The doctor explained patiently.

"Where were the nurses when this happened?" Ethan inquired in a somewhat angry tone.

"As I said I am so sorry for their inconsistency. This would not happen again." The doctor apologized frankly.

"You knew well enough that she was a depressed patient, anything could happen. But you still left her without anyone keeping a watch on her." Ethan said with a frown.

"Okay how about you take her home, she can be receiving treatment there. To prevent this from repeating itself." The doctor said with a sigh.

"Brother I think he is right, mom and dad will be less worried if she is taken care of at home." Axel supported.

"I will hand over the information of her psychotherapist, and her schedule as well so you can make the arrangements and be sure to bring her for regular checkups." The doctor advised.

"Sure." Ethan said while standing up to leave.

"She can be discharged now. You can sign the document at the counter outside." The doctor said with a tired smile.

"Okay, let's go, where can we find her?" Ethan asked.

"About that, she is still unconscious and will be waking up in an hour. If you can wait till then, then that will be okay." The doctor voiced out.

"The is no need to worry about that, Bro can carry her out. He can right?" Axel suggested while asking the doctor's permission.

Ethan and the doctor immediately turn in his direction. "What the f*ck are you saying?" Ethan asked not understanding him this days.

"Ermmm, sure he can." The doctor permitted interrupting the feud that was about to go on.

"Brother come on let's get going, Mom and Dad are worried already, Thank you, doctor." Axel stood dragging Ethan by his sleeves towards the emergency ward where kamlyn was admitted.

"Why don't you carry her then?" Ethan questioned him as they left the doctor's office.

"Seriously bro, is that even a question?" Axel asked back while rolling his eyes.

"So what's your excuse this time," Ethan replied with an Indifferent voice.

"I can't carry her from here to the parking lot outside. Men! you know I hate stress." Axel ranted out dramatically.

"Then why did you follow me here, you would have just stayed home with Mom and Dad as you are no help to me," Ethan said while hastening his pace leaving Axel behind.

"At least I spoke to the doctor." Axel mumbled when Ethan was already far gone, he quickened his steps to meet up with him.

Ethan finally arrived at kamlyn's ward, he slowly opened the door. He walked in with Axel when the door was already kept ajar.

His gaze lingered on the sleeping beauty who looked quite pitiful.

He slowly made his way towards the bed in which she lay, with his eyes still glued to her face.

Axel stood, waiting patiently at the entrance since he would not be needed. Seeing Ethan just standing without making a move, He hastily admonished him.

"Bro hurry up, what are you still doing?" He shouted in a whisper so as not to awaken her.

Hearing Axel's unnecessary rant, Ethan bent forward to pick her up, he could see her traits from up close, he slowly traced his eyes on her facial features. When his gaze met her lips he slowly gulped down hard relishing the extraordinary view.
