LIFE AND DEATH

AFTER EUNICE told Vaughn Wilson the gruesome that awaited Veronica, she found herself pushed down on the ground.

Vaughn straddled her hips, his hands wrapped around her thin neck. He hadn't squeezed it yet. His fingers were just wrapped around her neck like a warning. However, the angry glint in his glowing green eyes told her that he wouldn't hesitate to snap her neck if he had to. "If you feel bad for my sister, then what did you do to help her?!"

"I am not in the position to help Veronica."

"If you came from the future, then you must already know that the soul occupying Veronica's body doesn't belong to my sister!" he yelled, his voice full of pain and bitterness. "I would have at least wanted to save my sister's body and give her a proper burial…"

Eunice clenched her hands when Vaughn's tears that trickled down his face dropped on her face, too. "I'm sorry."
