In Hong Kong Seo Jun is waiting in his fathers office when Tam comes in to deliver the news.
"Chairman Seo , sorry to interrupt but our contact in Japan called to say that The Chairwoman of Mori &Kaji will be arriving this evening from America. Here is the information." Tam smiles knowing how important that meeting her is to the Chairman. Seo Taizu looks over the information smiling at the thought of possibly meeting the elusive Chairwoman. Waving Tam away Seo Taizu waits till she closes the door.
"Chairwoman Peoples arrives this afternoon, it's important that we try to get their backing. According to the information she will be arriving with several family members. Free up your afternoon and go to the airport with Tam to meet them. Make it look like a coincidence, as to not raise suspicion on our mole in their company. I don't need to remind you how important getting into the Japanese market is to us." Seo Taizu tells Seo Jun. Seo Jun is taken back as the tone in his fathers voice is soft. Seo Jun glances at his father in surprise.
"Of course Father , now about the dinner tomorrow. " Seo Jun starts to say what's on his mind when his phone vibrates. Looking down he sees it Jasmine. Opening the text Seo Jun smiles. Jasmine is coming with her grandparents.
"It's already arranged, this is just a meeting. We are not announcing anything as of yet. You still have three weeks to find your own bride." Seo Taizu tells his son.
"If that is all I will go clear my schedule so I can meet Chairman Peoples." Seo Jun rushes out of his fathers office to go call Jasmine. As soon as he enters his office the phone rings.
"Hey hubby, did you get my text. My grandparents want to meet you so we are coming. Though it's not just for that reason." Jasmine tells Seo Jun softly.
"I miss you that is reason enough. I just hope I can keep my hands off you until I can get you alone." Seo Jun tells Jasmine.
"Same here, we are switching planes now so only a short time now. I have a lead on your pearl. I will meet with someone to take me to it tomorrow. " Jasmine tells Seo Jun just before having Aisling take the phone away.
"Seo Jun this is Mimi , I can't wait to meet you, Lotus has told me a lot about you. I need to warn you about a woman named Tam. It seems she wants to marry you. I'm sure that you have been told to meet us today and make it a coincidence. I have a different plan. I want to make it look like you knew we were coming and invited us. That way it will be easier for us to get invited to your home. We need to get inside your house." Aisling tells Seo Jun not giving him any reasons as to why.
"I thought we were keeping my relationship with Jasmine a secret?" Seo Jun tells Aisling.
"Who said we were going to reveal that? For my plan to work all of us need to get inside your home preferably an over night visit." Aisling tells Seo Jun .
"I will arrange it." Seo Jun says without hesitation when hearing the tone of Aisling's voice. The thought of having Jasmine in his home and not in his bed is going to be hard. Seo Jun picks up the phone and calls his mother.
"Mom , some important guests are arriving today and I want to invite them to stay at the house. It's a surprise for Dad. If all goes well with this visit hopefully he will reconsider the marriage stuff." Seo Jun informs his mother of who is coming . Brie gets the house maids working overtime to get the rooms prepared.
Meanwhile Tam gets the news that she will be going to the airport with Seo Jun. Going into the chairman's washroom. Tam quickly changes from her secretary uniform to a more casual flirty dress. Smiling at her reflection she is excited to have the elusive Seo Jun to herself. If she can get him to go out for drinks later then her plan can go into action. Tam received the notification that the car is waiting. Checking her purse one last time to make sure that she has the little vial that will make her plan a success. Tam goes to meet Seo Jun unaware that she has already lost the game , before her game can begin.
Tam starts to sit in the back with Seo Jun when he puts his briefcase on the seat and lays down as if to sleep, blocking her way. Tam has no choice but to sit in the front with the driver.
" I would like to stop at a florist shop before arriving at the airport. Seo Jun tells the driver. Seo Jun asked Lilli for advice about what kind flowers to surprise the ladies with. When they arrive at the florist Seo jun instructs Tam to stay with the driver. The florist is an old friend from school so it will be easy to get what he wants.
"Li , how have you been?" Seo Jun asks when he enters.
"I'm well, what can I get you today?" Li asks Seo Jun her eyes twinkle at him as he looks around. He doesn't know that his father has chosen her for his bride.
" I need a dozen of mixed roses , red ,yellow and white. I also need a bouquet of lilies and lavender. Do you have Calla lilies?" Seo Jun asks. Li looks surprised at his selections.
"Yes I have white and pink." Li tells him as he looks at an array of cards.
"Can I have two bouquets of them mixed. I am meeting with some important guests. "Seo Jun tells her as he fills out the cards. Placing their names outside of each. Li comes out from the back with a wicker basket holding the bouquets.
"Here you go, do you want it on the company tab or are you paying now?" Li asks.
"I will pay these are not from the company. " Seo Jun smiles as he hands her his credit card. Waving bye to Li Seo Jun excitedly goes back to the car. Li is curious as to who the roses are for as they symbolize love of various degrees. White is the bridal rose , yellow is friendship , and red is for passionate love. Whoever is receiving those flowers must hold a special place in Seo Jun's heart.
At the airport Chen is waiting for the family. It's been awhile since they visited his temple . Chen is surprised to see Seo Jun walking through the entrance of the airport. Beside him Chen noticed a beautiful woman walking close to him. Chen's intuition is that she is up to no good. Seo Jun sees him and nods trying not to let Tam know that they are acquainted.
The loud speaker announced the arrival of Jasmine's plane. Seo Jun can't help but become excited.
Tam is looking at the people coming out of the gate trying to see if she can figure out which is the Chairwoman. She notices four ladies who all look nearly exactly the same. The three men with them are very similar as well but in contrast. Thinking that the oldest looking one must be the chairwoman Tam links her arm through Seo Jun's with possessiveness. Trying make herself look more important. Seo Jun gives Tam a scathing look and removes her hand.
"Chairwoman Peoples , welcome to Hong Kong." Tam says to Moll ignoring Aisling.
"Oh dearie, you got the wrong person. I'm just here to visit family. " Moll lays on her Irish brogue thickly to make fun of Tam. She knows this girl is after her nephew in law.
Seo Jun smiles and hands Aisling her flowers.
"I hope you all had a comfortable flight. I'm Seo Jun , we spoke on the phone earlier. Excuse my fathers secretary she does not normally forget herself or her duties. Chairwoman I have made arrangements for your family along with Brother Chen to stay at our family estate. My mother is making the arrangements now. " Seo Jun smiles at Aisling as he gives her the flowers.
"Thank you Seo Jun for such a sweet greeting. I look forward to getting to know you better. Let me make formal introductions. " Aisling tells Seo Jun.
"No need I think I can guess just correct me if I get it wrong. The gentleman beside you is your husband Dr Astila peoples." Seo Jun gives Astila his hand. Smiling Astila nods yes.
"This beauty must be Dr Moll, and her husband Inola. Maureen and her husband Onacona. Last but definitely not least your granddaughter Jasmine Kaji." Seo Jun smiles at each of them as he hands them their flowers. His hand gently caressing Jasmine's as she takes hers.
"My you have done your homework young man. Unlike some who assume that just because I'm the eldest that I'm a chairwoman. " Moll hugs Seo Jun as her words poke fun at Tam. Tam on the other hand feels her anger and surprise rise at the interaction between the group.
