Chapter 4: Underground Auction

"Who the hell are you?!" Rein stood up and raised his thumb finger at Shin.

"EXPLAIN NOW MINION!" Shin ignored Rein. Kit feel more affrighted. Now he's calling her 'minion' instead of 'sun'. He's really mad!

"Hey, I'm talking to you! Don't shout at my girlfriend!" Rein said and grabbed Kit away from Shin. "Do you know him, girlfie?"

Vertical lines in Shin's forehead appeared. His lips are tensed. "Girlfie? Where the fck is that cringe endearment came from?!"

Kit looked away from Shin and focused her eyes on the ground. "N-no! I don't know him!"

Rein nodded and wrapped his arms around Kit. "We don't know you. If you're just here to annoy us, please immediately leave. We will still going somewhere important!"

Rein then hold Kit's hands. "Let's go."

"SUN! GO BACK HERE!" Shin shouted. He felt enraged. How could she hide all of this from him?

"IF YOU WON'T COME BACK, I'LL TEAR OUR LEAGUE APART!" Shin's voice is filled with seriousness.

Kit paused that made Rein confused. "Violet?"

Kit turned around to where was Shin standing and came back to him. Rein was curious while Shin's expression is still rage.

Kit has made her mind. She won't let Shade ruin her effort on acting as Violet! He turned her down earlier, what did he came for here?!

"Don't ruin my disguise!" Kit whispered at Shin before hitting its jaw.

Shin was fled off and lost his consciousness while Rein was shocked.

"What did you do to him?"

Kit smiled at him and held Shin's clothes. "I shut him off."

She raised Shin's arms and was about to carry him when Rein stopped her. "Just leave him here."

"No, I can't." Kit said. Several seconds passed when she felt awkward and looked at Rein.

She can see jealousy on his eyes.

"We should bring him. He knows about our relationship." that's the only thing she can use as excuse. Of course, she can't leave her own comrade here. But she knows she'll be dead by him when he wake up.

"But you can't carry him." Rein helped her. "Give him to me."

Kit didn't have a choice but to give him. Rein piggybacked Shin.

"We're going to get inside their windows?" Kit asked.

"Yes, precisely. Tami (Atami) and Red (Kio) will going to the entrance of auction as a buyer while Aroma (Stanza) will let herself be caught and act as a victim."

Kit's forehead furrowed but before she could ask, Rein answered her. "It's not a normal auction. It happened underground and wasn't registered by the government. It's a fraud."

Kit opened the windows and checked if there's a person inside the room.

"Clear." they get inside and opened the other door, which can be found in the floor.

"Are we heading to the exact location?" Kit asked when she noticed that something is wrong.

Just then, both of them paused when they heard footsteps.

"Darn it!" Rein looked at Kit. "Violet, you should continue walking and release the victims. I'll back you up, I'm counting on you!"

Kit piggybacked Shin while Rein gets himself ready on a fight.

"Well, well, speaking of intruders." Rein hid Kit and Shin from his back when they appeared.

There are total of 10.. no 13 of them.

"Do you wanna know our rules here?" A man believed to be their lead, asked Rein.

Rein glared at him. "I don't care about your shitty rules!"

The man throw his cigarette in front of Rein. "Are you declaring a war? Bring it on!"

"Yes, you might not know but the moment we stepped inside, this is already a war!" Rein crashed the man's jaw. "Quickly Violet! Run!"

Rein made a way for Kit to escape. Kit ran like what he said but the other mens of that cigarette guy blocked her.

"You're not going anywhere, young lady."

Their smiles are creeping the hell out of Kit.

"Fvck! Don't you dare lay a finger on her! I'm your opponent!"

Rein quickly protected Kit and punched the guys, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't get hurt.

"REIN!!" Kit shouted when Rein got blasted away.

"D-damn.." Rein's head was bumped into the wall, that made his sight blurry.

But..

"GO NOW!"

Kit was surprised. Did he know that she was about to go back and help him? But.. if that's what he says.. then she should do it. Rein's risking his life to make her continue going to the underground basement.

She shouldn't waste this time!

But again..

She put Shin down and pressed his nose that made him wake up.

"AAAHHH!!!" he covered his nose. "WHAT'S THAT FOR?!!"

"Listen. This is the basement of the underground auction. Rein didn't told me what exactly is happening but I think I know this." Kit sat down to look at Shin intently.

"The underground auction that's being sold is a woman's body. As what you heard now, the auction might've started and maybe some of them was already sold. But.. the other victims are still in that door. You must rescue them."

Shin couldn't catch up to what's happening right now. He just gain consciousness but he didn't know he was already in the dangerous situation! Should he just sleep back?

"I'll go help Rein." Kit removed her wig and other top oufit and gave it to Shin. "Wear it and act like a victim."

Shin looked at the wig and the clothes. "D-d-don't tell me.. YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE ME WEAR THIS? THAT'S INSANE!"

Kit punched the wall beside him that made Shin startled. "You're the insane one! The victim's life is at the stake this time! Don't be so stupid or you're face will became like that wall!"

Shin gulped as he caught a glimpse at the wall where Kit punched.

'Damn! The wall cracked! Her hands are small, how can she cracked it?!' — in Shin's mind.

Well, he guess he didn't have a choice anymore.

Shin started wearing the wig and the outfit which Kit used earlier as disguise while Kit walked away to help Rein.

"Sun! You're hand is still blee.." Shin was about to call her but he was instead caught by a dangerous guy. "...ding.."

'CRAP! I'M DEAD!' — Shin's mind.

"I guess there are cuties that wandered here too." the guy held Shin to the room where the victims are being locked.

He already wore the disguise which Kit gave him that's why he's been regarded as a cutie!

'HOLY CRAP! I'M NOT A CUTIE!'

"Let go." Shin said.

"Huh? Did you say something babe?"

Shin almost felt nausea. "Then I guess I'll show you what it means to be a guy!"

Before they could reach the door, Shin punched the man's jaw.

"Woah. So this is how Sun feels when she punched me earlier?"

Shin get the key from the man's pocket and unlocked the door.

"Heya, I'm going to rescu—"

He suddenly froze.

"Stay still or your brain will explode."

'Hell. I'm in hell!' — Shin's mind screams.
