Circus Animal

"fwaa" Brian took a deep breath looking at the ruins in front of him.

He was currently standing in front of the entrance of the so-called stronghold which he was afraid of entering just a few days back and now, it had been converted into ruins.

Brian had come here to check for his artifact- Goblin God Hruggek's Totem. After getting that totem, he would have a total of three totems which can then be distributed to his parents for their safety until he would be able to reunite with them.

Brian had reduced the amount of contact with his parents so as to not reveal any information through the system to some unusual 'help' owners and Gods. After getting a lot of 'help's' for himself, Brian understood the strangeness of these 'help's' so, he had started to take precautions for any upcoming problems.

Removing the unnecessary thought from his mind, Brian confidently walked towards the former goblin stronghold. The scenery inside the stronghold was definitely beautiful enough to admire.

There were all kinds of huts and public places in it. From one point of view it could also be called as a miniature version of a city. It had everything starting from toiletries, bathing areas, houses (more like huts), roads and whatnot.

Brian directly skipped through the corpses of the green coloured goblins and moved in the direction where most corpses were gathered as he felt that, when the apocalypse came these goblins would move towards their God's statue.

Brian was right, as just when he found a small mountain of corpses piled up on each other, he was able to spot a similar kind of golden sphere in between the corpses.

At first, Brian wanted to burn up all the corpses but felt like there was no need for it as he had just found the right place to try out his necromancy art.

He immediately used 70% of his entire energy to construct a small whirlpool in his hands which them pulled something indiscrimatory from the surroundings into the whirlpool.

All of this happened while Brian himself was dumbstruck. He had expected this skill to directly make the goblins rise up as he had read in novels but the whirlpool was something he had never imagined.

The whirlpool finally stopped moving and…

*BANG!*

It burst directly making Brian fall backwards.

"Fuck" Brian cursed out loud as he stood up while patting his dusted clothes. He wanted to wake up a small army for himself to order and not a fucking explosion that made him fall backwards.

But, as soon as the smoke near him subsided, his eyes widened.

"Kacha"

"Kacha"

"Kacha"

"Kacha"

"Kacha"

"Kacha"

"Kacha"…

There was a small army of 39 Goblins in front of him. Some were male, some were female and some were even children. Brian was easily able to identify them due to them being naked. All of their wound had been healed as they were converted into the so-called undead.

Brian felt that even their permanent scars had been cured because their skin was too flawless when compared to the goblins he had seen. Even their green breasts with dark green areolas were too pretty for a goblin. Brian didn't know whether his aesthetics had been changed due to his 'help's' or those goblin girls looked pretty themselves.

"Bahh!!" Brian slapped himself hard.

He wasn't some horny bastard that would stoop so low as to have s*x with a goblin, moreover a dead one.

Brian curiously started to command them while trying to forget everything he had done.

He first commanded them directly in human language to run around (naked).

It got no result in the first try as the goblins looked at him curiously not understanding what to do. Brian then commanded them in goblin language to run around.

Finally, the goblins understood what he said, and started to run around (naked)

"They have brains!!" Brian was surprised at this discovery. According to what he had learnt, undead should follow the orders of master without a second thought and can understand everything the master says. These goblin undead were very different from what he had expected.

The goblins were still running around as they hadn't got a order to stop.

Brian eventually couldn't bear to see them run around naked as they were his subordinates after all, so he spent 30000 Creation Points to buy up some clothes and weapons for them from the Goblin Trade.

He had still not achieved what he set out to do, so he commanded the goblins to step aside as he let a fire to the remaining goblin corpses.

The smoke subsided after a long time.

Brian had been tirelessly experimenting with his necromancy and the intelligence of undead goblins.

He had understood quite a lot of things about the 'help' necromancy.

The help had severe restrictions on the amount of undead one could cultivate and the energy required to maintain them. The 'help' necromancy had no specific methods to increase the energy in his body which further limited its progress. The cultivation manuals which are read from the books are almost a 100 times inefficient when compared to the ones directly instilled into their memories by the system.

But Brian was an exception to this. He didn't have hr necromancy 'help' but rather, he had just borrowed it and already used it up to buy out every skill the original owner had unlocked. So, Brian wasn't limited by the amount of undead he could possess and only had to consume 10 times more energy when compared to the 'help' owner. Moreover, Brian even got the mage type 'help' which would increase the amount of energy in this body

As soon as the smoke subsided…

"Hahahaha, I am finally free from that corpse pit. I will rule the Tribe again. By the grace of Lord God Hruggek I Hizut will definitely make your name resound in the nine heavens."

Brian was slightly astonished to see someone survive even after his barricade of attacks and deadly poison but didn't mind a punching bag at all.

He guessed that his surviving will be related to the totem and making a meat shield of his own comrades. As for surviving without food for a few days- cannibalism might've been the case.

Brian didn't feel that eating one's own kind is something to be ashamed of when surviving comes into the picture.

He shrugged his hands and directly commanded 10 of the goblin undead to attack him.

By this time the goblin had already woken from his madness and recognised his current situation.

"Human?? Are you the one who forced me in this state? I will kill YOU. Lord Hruggek give me power as I will show this bastard your temper."

Brian figured out that the goblin in front of him is a dumbhead who answers all the questions he himself asked while revealing his plan to everyone.

The Tribe head Hizut took out a large mace from his inventory and marched towards the goblin undeads.

The undead also took out their weapons and acted according to Brian's order. Brian had been trained in the military and learnt the importance of positions and cover fire. So, he arranged every goblin in such a way that one hit will be taken by the front goblin while the other goblin will attack on the Tribe Head and the positions will change immediately to not cause any casualities.

5 goblins acted as bait while 5 waited for the perfect change to attack.

At this moment, the Tribe Head smirked

"Fall Backk!!!!" Brian shouted at the top of his voice

Unfortunately, it was too late. The Goblin Head had already swung his mace which directly made 5 novels fall on the ground.

It was a one-shot kill. A real one shot kill.

Until now, Brian had never seen such power in an individual. Even when he attacked the Goblin stronghold, he used his strategy to kill the goblins and not his strength. He was finally able to figure out the meaning of absolute strength.

Although he had a ton of 'help's' but the inherit weakness of only level one skills was finally coming into effect. He had only level one fireball which was just enough to light a flame but not enough to burn this giant Goblin Tribe's head.

[Hruggek is laughing at you]

"NO!! I will not run!"

The intelligence he had been proud of was telling him to run away as this was one fight he couldn't win. But Brian wasn't reconciled.

He wasn't aware of the actual situation but looking at the prompts of Gods he could figure out that this was just a game of Gods and he was nothing but a circus animal which was showing them tricks.

He wasn't aware why, but the feeling to overcome everything came from within him. He once again remembered the time when he was in a weird situation when every sense of his was sealed and he could feel something terrifying in front of him.

[Parvati sighs at you]
