¬ HILN

My hands trembled, and so did the thick paper I held. The envelope slipped from my grasp as I held the paper in both hands and stared at the unsigned command.

My heart rushed and I could feel my newly received peace slipping away from me.

No. No. No.

He could not do this to me. He absolutely could not do this. My mind raced and then tore into shambles. Chaos swarmed within me and an all too familiar sensation materialised once again. A feeling I found distressing and I thought I had finally let go of.

I was furious.

Why did he have to do this? I was the fool for coming here knowing I would find something to sour my mood. I could have gone back to my wing, had some wonderful sleep, woken up refreshed and prepared for whatever rubbish the day prepared for me—especially through Fashire.
