The two speaking were Pel and Njir. As Pel teleported out of the system workshop he went to go find Njir to ask him if there were any noticeable changes but as it turns out despite Crista almost losing her life, not much was done.

It's not like he didn't want to help Njir but the issue seemed a bit more complicated now.
