Noah saw it but ignored him but before he could ask more, the familiar came in front of Kingsley with eyes still wide from the news. "Is it true?"

Noah tolled his eyes at her. "What will it matter to you when you're not a student?"

Carrie's eyes immediately turned watery and she sniffed while looking at Noah. "I made a mistake I didn't know how the Academy would be with all the things happening outside and thought it was better to learn at home"
