Kiss and run

That was a day I'll never forget. Saturday night, with the sky overcast with clouds and chilly winds blowing, I grabbed my jacket and dashed outside to run an errand.

I looked outside after finishing my business and noticed it was already raining. I'm glad I brought my jacket; otherwise, I'd already freeze to death.

On my way home, I spotted a girl my age standing in the center of the busy street, as if she was lost. People walked past her, but she remained motionless. The lady appears to be trembling as the rain pours down.

I approached her, took off my jacket, and wrapped it around her shivering body.

"Hello, my name is Daniel, are you lost?

Do you require assistance?" I asked.

As she stared at me, I saw her face for the first time.

She seemed both beautiful and vulnerable with her long black hair and purple eyes.

She came closer to me, narrowing the gap between us.

Then she unexpectedly kissed me on the lips.

"Wha... what are you doing suddenly!" I exclaimed, my face flushed.

Her hands slid through my hair as she pulled me closer to her and kissed me at the nape of my neck. I'm not sure why, but I returned her kiss, wanting more...

But then she abruptly pulled away. She offered me a beautiful grin as she gazed at me.

'And it was then that I fell in love.' I'm at a loss for words, and she bolted before I could say anything.

"Wait!" I yelled, my gaze fixed on the direction she was heading.

But she faded into the crowd, and I didn't see her.

I started walking, desperately forcing my way through the heavy crowd. But I couldn't see her, though. That's when I realized I'd lost the girl who had given me my first kiss. She had no idea who she was.

House

My friend Zach greeted me with a loud chuckle as soon as I entered his room. "Dude, why do you look like that? You look like a wet dog!"

"Yeah, dude. You look like a blockhead!" added Andrew, another friend of mine, who was still laughing and joined Zach in laughing.

But what they said was correct because I was drenched. I used my jacket on the woman I saw before because I didn't have an umbrella. I had never met a lady before, yet she kissed me and then bolted. She's a strange woman. But I'm more stranger since I believe I fell in love with the first sight, touch, and kiss.

"You know you can't believe what happened to me before I got here," I said as I sat up in bed next to Zach and unlaced my left foot.

It was dripping wet because it was raining, and my socks were soaked.

As he sat in front of his computer, Zach taunted, "What's that? Maybe it's a barber's story."

"Dude, maybe when he was on his way here, Daniel learned he was gay and one of us was his type," Zach joked

As if Zach has room to talk, his head was filled with rubbish. he mocked people excessively, but when he was the one being teased, he got irritable and snappy.

"You're insane! Of course not! Then I laughed and hurled a sock at him, but managed to escape it.

[Tsk, it got away!]

"Daniel, you're a jerk!

"I still giggle because he complained and kicked the socks back to me, which I also avoided.

"You're not even interested in listening to me. It's quite serious "As I knelt to remove my right shoe, I said,

"Eh, what? Tell me the story right now, "Still acting like Zach? You'd also tell me a story while standing next to me.

I sat up and turned to face them.

"I believe I've fallen in love."

They both turned their backs on me, thinking I was joking when I said, "Sigh, it's just a barber's story."

Zach returned to the computer's front. Andrew resumed reading FHM upon returning to the magazine. Women find him passionate, yet he is clumsy in front of them.

"I'm serious. I spotted a woman previously who appeared to be missing, so I approached her. She was also very wet due to the rain, and her body was shaking in the cold, so I used my jacket on her, which is why I was very wet today," she explained.

They were both staring at me and waiting to hear what I had to say next. So I put them on hold for a while.

"But, before I continue the narrative, Zach, could you lend me a shirt?"

I didn't wait for him to agree before getting up and approaching the cabinet. Because we're all called, it's as though we're brothers. We've known each other since elementary school. So we started borrowing items from each other.

He said, "Just fetch that from my cabinet."

I opened the cabinet in search of a wearable substitute. Because I was shaking from the cold, I immediately removed my wet top and replaced it with the gray t-shirt I had gotten from the cabinet.

Andrew kept asking, "Oh, so, what happens next?"

I sat back down on the bed after hanging up my damp clothing on a hanger.

Andrew said, "You're fooling us, aren't you?" as he began munching the potato chips on Zach's study table.

"Did you ever laugh and talk gibberish to you? I'm the most sensible of the three of us," I said.

That is correct. Because they're both idiots. We have a habit of teasing our peers.

"All right, all right, but man, was she beautiful?" Zach sat down next to me again, his curiosity piqued.

"Yeah. She looks so lovely, with such a seductive face. She's a little strange, isn't she? I don't know why she suddenly kissed me," I mused. Do I strike her as attractive? Is she my type? In case I'm unfamiliar with her. Maybe she knows who I am, but I don't?

"Don't worry about it; you enjoyed it, right?" Zach asked, smiling.

Andrew added, chuckling, "Not only did I appreciate it, but I was also in love."

"Oh my goodness! Mr. Lover Boy," Zach taunted one again.

"Guys, I need to see her again; I have no idea who she is."

"What? Daniel, you're so slow-witted," he said.

Andrew considers himself to be a woman specialist.

"She quickly hurried away, I didn't see her due to the crowd, she just went," I remarked regretfully.

I wish I could have pursued her down faster so I could have caught up.

"Perhaps she is dissatisfied with you." Perhaps you didn't kiss her deeply enough. She is disappointed in you since you don't kiss well."

Andrew must be relieved to be far away from me. Otherwise, I'll have already beaten him.

"You're pleased with yourself, Andrew," I replied. "How many women have you kissed? Up until now, you've only been able to stare at Vivy from afar; you can't even approach her."

When God created the world, he placed insensitivity and shamelessness into it. Andrew, you did catch them all.

He defended himself by saying, "Hey, I'm just looking for the ideal timing!"

I mocked him, "You mean, you're foolish."

"Hey, I'm scared you two might have a fight." Zach was always the one to mediate between us. When his mother hears the disturbance in his room, he is the one who will be reprimanded. The loudness bothers Zach's mother.

"Yes, but guys, I really need to meet the woman again. "How can I do that?"

in a frustrated tone

How, is the important question "What do you mean? You are unfamiliar with the name. You have no idea where to begin?

"This is all we can say," the two dueted once more. I'll surely get them a microphone.

"What?" I asked.

They both said "GOODLUCK!" at the same time, and I tapped Zach on the shoulder.

[Ten months have passed]

It's been ten months, yet I still remember what occurred that night. I recall her gentle features, her lovely smile, and, above all, her kindness. Her lips kissed. It has been eleven months since I last saw her. I made several trips to the meeting site. I'm hoping to run across her again.

But it was insignificant. She failed to appear. Never been seen before. Because we are now departing for our new home, it appears that we shall meet again. We're a long way from where we originally met.

A new branch of Dad's company has opened. Dad wants to be hands-on because the branch is new. He is curious and observes everything that occurs. As a result, That's even better because we'll be able to see Dad every day. We'd prefer to stay at the old house, but we may only see him two or three times per week.
