Lu Xifu looked at her but didn't speak even after a few seconds. Seeing him dawdling like that, she asked, "It's already very late. What do you need now? Tell me fast. I need to go back and sleep." 

"Weren't you scared to be alone at night?" He asked and Yun Meiyi realized how well she had shot her own leg. She lied and then she even forgot that she did. 

Turning around, she nodded. "Y-Yes, I am scared. Scared to be alone at night. But …" She quickly thought to make amends. "…but it's fine. I won't disturb you. You can sleep first I-I will go back and find a way to rest as well. I am sure that I will be able to make it through the night." 

She completed, pressing a confident smile on herself. Lu Xifu looked at her and rubbed his chin with some thought. "Will you?"
