The bond of co-existence.

Lu Xifu stared at her for a moment and then smiled, "Friends and enemies - those are not the only bond one can share." He said and Yun Meiyi's brows jutted in confusion. 

"What do you mean?" She asked. Asking in terms of friends and enemies, she just wanted to guess the intentions with which Ming Kai had come. 

"There is nothing in the meaning." Lu Xifu shrugged and Yun Meiyi was ready to frown at his vague words when she heard him add. "Apart from friendship and enmity, there is another bond that I share with them. The bond of co-existence." 

"Co-existence?" She asked. And he nodded. 

"Yes, co-existence. We exist together in the same universe. Angels and a Devil. Same as good and evil." 

"You are not evil." She said just after he put a full stop to himself. And with her confidence like that, Lu Xifu raised his eyebrows of amusement.
