Liu Si Si didn't know for how long she had been sleeping, but it was a flash of someone approaching from the dark that woke her up. She panicked and opened her eyes with horror filled in her gaze. 

She was ready to make a run to protect herself when she realized that she was no longer in the dark basement but rather safely seated in the passenger seat of a car. 

"You are safe." 

She heard someone speak and immediately turned to look on her side, only to find Kuang Tianshi sitting there with an expression that was hard to read. And then she recalled that she had run to him when she had felt the creepy presence around her.

She sighed in relief as she slowly took in a deep breath to calm herself back. Looking over her shoulders, she registered that she was wrapped in the warmth of his jacket. Even though she didn't like this person, seeing him earlier in the basement made her feel relieved. Luckily, he was there.
