Amia’s Death?

"That's the last of them?" Aurora surveyed the courtyard with her eyes—wherever she looked, she could only see thousands of piles of scrap metal lying across the courtyard.

"Before we enter the boss's room, we should recover our mana and stamina."

Amia, who felt drained, immediately agreed to her suggestion, making a makeshift lawn chair with the scraps of metal.

~~~
About two hours later, Aurora and Amia's mana, force energy, and stamina were completely recovered, and they were now ready to enter the boss's room.
Aurora stopped before the metallic double door, raised her hands, and pushed forward.
Creak~
Slowly and steadily, the door creaked open and revealed the palace's insides, which were much more lavish than the courtyard's walls. However, their eyes ignored the palace's interior and narrowed on the metallic figure lying in the palace's hall; its slitted, crystal blue eyes opened, glaring at them.
"A dragon?"
Slowly, they walked into the room. Ahead, a real myth lay on the metal floor. Its figure was that of a dragon, like those from the myths, with a large, scaly physique; however, what differentiated it from a dragon was its scales and body structure, where metallic parts took their place.
[Dracodroid]
[Type: Draconic Droid]
[Level: 6746]
[Class: Bionic Mage/Machine Artillery]
'A 600-level difference... and a dragon at that... this'll be difficult, especially when there's a high likelihood of it having a higher tier level of mana negation than the courtyard's droids.' Aurora smiled wryly. 'I'll most likely have to go all out…'
A mechanically masculine voice permeated from the Dracodroid: "Humans. You never cease to amaze me with your boldness to invade my territory! However, you'll end up no different from your predecessors."
Suddenly, deathly blue flames shot out from his mouth, and in a blink of an eye, they reached them; however, before they could even inflict an ounce of damage, Aurora's extended hand absorbed them, thwarting them entirely.
"What? How? How were you able to absorb my flames? They should've incinerated-"
"Fire doesn't work on me!" She smirked. "You'll have to try something else…"
"Fire doesn't work, huh? You're surely arrogant for a youngster such as yourself! I'll do as you say; I'll try something else." A horrendous grin emerged across the dragon's face.
'His intelligence matches someone who's lived for centuries, may be even millennials—maybe he was once a genuine dragon? Which explains his arrogance. A myth that became reality.' Aurora shook her head. 'It appears my sadistic nature is once again kicking in; I feel an urge to crush his arrogance…'
At the moment, Aurora felt a familiar sense of her strength dwindling—it felt similar to when she was affected by the mana negation field; however, it was much stronger; her mana inside her body was blocked—she felt a little sluggish.
'Amia, I'll need you to be my support attacker.'
Amia nodded, and a translucent barrier slowly emerged, wrapping her figure tightly. One could see the effects of the negation field. It no longer only affected mana but all energies; however, it wasn't strong enough to negate them and could only slow down the energy's circulation, though that decrease in circulation speed could decide one's life or death.
"Energy other than mana? That's unexpected of you lowly humans… but your death is certain with my mana negation slowing down the circulation of energies and other skills."
Suddenly, the gravity around them appeared to increase dramatically, and their bodies crashed heavily against the ground, creating a crater beneath their feet. Without getting a chance to break free from the gravity restraints, the dragon sent his tail flying towards them with immense speed.
Immediately, his tail powerfully struck them in the stomach.
Boom~!
"Ah!"
Letting out a low grunt, as blood spurted from their mouths, their backs slammed heavily into the palace's metallic wall, shaking the entirety of the palace.
"Keke…!" A maniacal laugh permeated the hall, and a sadistic, horrendous grin creeped into the dragon's face. "Mere humans... think they can beat me? Know your place and repent for your arrogance in hell!"
He looked in their direction; a massive crater had appeared, and from its center, a series of cracks were distributed outwards. As for them, they had disappeared, apparently having been buried inside the wall.
Without warning, from beneath him, he heard a voice—a melodious, cold voice. "I've already been to hell... and trust me when I say this, I've repented enough!"
"What—?! H-!"
Before his words could escape his mouth, a powerful kick landed on his chest.
Boom~!"
Like a bullet, his massive dragon body shot up into the air and heavily slammed flat into the ceiling, leaving a massive crater. He was neither wounded nor was there a mark left; however, that didn't mean he was unarmed; his pride was wounded severely for being kicked before he could sense her.
'Her repenting in hell? What a joke! She must be bluffing! There's no way for her to have been there to help when she's standing before me! But… I'll surely send her there...'
Gradually, his body broke from the crater and begun its descent…
Concurrently, Aurora stood where the dragon once stood, glaring at the descending metallic dragon as a screen appeared before her eyes.
[HP: 24,473,370/39,116,350]
[SE: 3,474,850/4,322,050]
'I can only survive one more tail blow before it'll be my end…' she sadistically grinned at the descending dragon about to fire another beam from his mouth towards her when...
"Amia, now!"
As if listening to Aurora's words, a transparent muzzle abruptly emerged around the dragon's snout, slamming it shut. The dragon, knowing that he was unable to break the muzzle in time, instead strived to cancel the beam but failed in doing so.
Bang~Booom~bang~!
Several explosions rang out inside his mouth as flames spewed out. His insides took minimal damage, but it was enough for him to realize his opponents weren't just like their predecessors. Their levels might have been lower than his, but their strengths weren't comparable to their levels.
'They're highly dangerous... I'll need to end this as quickly as possible, or else they'll unearth the means to wound or kill me…'
A sudden determination set into his eyes, not of arrogance but of the will to survive—he'd finally considered these two lovely ladies worthy for him to truly use his strength. He'd never risk the possibility of losing his life for his pride; he'd rather run away than die.
As the dragon was about to hit the ground, he suddenly disappeared, without even leaving an afterimage behind—it appeared as if he'd teleported, but to where? And how? He wasn't a spatial dragon, so how? Could it be his natural speed?
"Now… die."
Whipping her head around in the dragon's direction, she found him clawing for Amia, about to rip her fragile body into pieces, a grin forming across his face.
"Argh!"
"No…"
At that moment, Aurora's eyes widened, turning lifeless—all she could see was Amia, a gaping hole in her chest, falling down as life gradually left her beautiful eyes. The dragon saw Aurora's figure disappear before swiftly reappearing under Amia, catching her in her arms.
"Aura… I'm sorry!… I was too weak!" Spitting up blood, she smiled, her eyes never leaving her—it was then that all the lingering life in her eyes faded away...
Amia was dead! She was killed effortlessly by the metallic dragon, who'd hidden his strength up until now.
His true level was above... 7,500!
Aurora knelt there, her eyes lifeless, hugging her and looking into her eyes, almost expecting her to start blinking and say it was all a fake, but... in the end, nothing happened.
She was gone, for real. She wanted to scream but couldn't; however, endless tears fell down her cheeks—her soul felt as if a chunk had been ripped apart—and her swollen, red eyes revealed her rage, an insurmountable rage that would kill anything.
"I can use life mastery." She placed her hand over Amia's chest, and her hand a golden light permeated form her hand—the wound quickly mended itself; however, there was no movement from Amia.
[Player: Aurora does not have the authority to resurrect the dead.]
"Resurrect her…"
[…]
"I said, resurrect her!"
[You do not have the power to resurrect the dead.]
It was that moment. She finally realized. Amia was gone—she couldn't accept it, and she lost her cool; an indomitable wrath had taken over her—and a screen appeared before her lifeless eyes.
[You've been consumed by the indomitable sin of wrath.]
[Temporary: +5000 levels; +50M to all stats]
[God Tier Skill: Absolute Violence—Obtained!]
Her lifeless eyes stared directly into the eyes of the dragon, who for once felt fear and tried to flee—he broke through the palace's walls as he sped away; however, he didn't go far before he was stopped in his tracks.
"No… don't! I don't want to die!"
Aurora couldn't hear his pleas for mercy, as her mind had only one thought. Kill! Kill the one who killed Amia! Revenge! With her hand tightly grabbing onto the dragon's leg, she threw him, with one arm, back into the palace.
Boom~!
He slammed heavily into the ground, a massive crater forming under him. The impact shattered all his limps and muscle structure, paralyzing him—he was now at the hands of Aurora; his life or death depended on her; however, by now, he'd already known his death was coming! If he knew beforehand that he'd be put in this situation, he would've never done it! Unfortunately, he had no way to go back! His last few minutes would be hell!
And sure enough, as he expected, his last few minutes were hell! one that lasted for an entire hour!
Standing lifelessly over the leftover pieces of the dragon, she felt nothing! No fulfillment in her revenge! An emptiness that wouldn't go away. Suddenly, a rift appeared, and slowly, a woman in a white dress whose beauty exceeded Aurora's by a thousandfold stepped out from it. Having a feral mind, Aurora lunged herself at the woman.
However, the woman's figure disappeared, and immediately Aurora fell into the woman's arms. "I'm sorry, my little Aura! You're going through too many hardships! I can't have you break here now; you still need to meet us again!"
Her melodious voice permeated Aurora's ear, calming the complexion on her face as she extended her hand towards the lifeless Amia.
"Time Reversal!"
