Samiyi smiled and responded, "Uncle Faler, I was just chatting with my friend. If you're worried that we might disturb your rest, we can speak more quietly."
Dressed in slippers and pajamas, Faler came out and sat on the sofa again, but this time, he did not show his affectionate smile. Instead, he appeared quite angry.
"Samiyi, I've-made it very clear. I want nothing to do with your affairs. I just want to live an ordinary life and lead a simple existence," Faler said.
Seeing Faler sit down, Samiyi guessed his mood, "I know, Uncle Faler doesn't like trouble, so I won't cause any for you. I was wrong to come here so abruptly today and hope you don't mind. Don't worry, we won't be staying here long. We'll leave after dawn."
Faler, with his head lowered and deep in thought, took a while before he said, "Samiyi, what do you want from me?"
