The Culprit!

The ringtone was extremely loud in the quiet room. Everyone's attention went to it. Feng Jun glanced at it and when he saw the caller ID, his face became even grimmer.

He looked at it for another moment before veering his eyes away. He didn't answer the call but the caller was very persistent. It was uncomfortable. Moreover, they were in a meeting room. It would keep on confusing them.

In the end, Feng Jun reached out to pick the phone up and placed it right by his ear.

"Hello, Third Uncle."

"Ah Jun." The other person's voice floated into his ears. The voice was calm and steady however at the same time, Feng Jun could still sense the contempt in it.

"Is what I've been hearing true?" The man asked.

Feng Jun's heart skipped a beat. They already learned of the matter? Who told them? But, he didn't have time to dwell on that any longer because the man called out his name when he didn't give a reply.

"Ah Jun," he repeated. "Is it true?"
