It Was Like A Trap

He was the only occupant so his desk was placed in the middle of the office. It had a minimalistic setting and although it was neat and arranged, it was inevitable for heaps of documents and files to be placed on the table.

Su Ye eyed the heaps of files on the table for a moment before he pulled off his jacket and hung it on the rack. Then, he sat on the chair behind the desk.

He turned on his laptop and while it booted, he brought out his phone and played the recording. He listened to it quite attentively, a stark contrast to how passive he looked at Tang Wan's office earlier.

The recording ended and he reached out to turn it on once more. He continued this action successive times and it was only after the third time, did his brow jump.
