It had been 2 weeks since Marinette moved into the castle Damain liked to call his home.

"Babe, come back to bed," Marinette yawned.

"I would, honey. But we have to get ready for your coronation."

"It's today?" Marinette groaned.

Damain chuckled, "No, love. It's after a week, but we have so much to do. We have to plan it, and also pick out your gown and my suit, okay? C'mon, wake up."

"Okay, Je me lève," Marinette got up, her hair falling all over her face.

After she had violently removed her hair from her face, she looked up to see Damain.

She stood on her knees and walked closer to him. On the way, she tripped on the comforter, causing her to fall on Damain's chest.

Damain smiled and bought his mate's face closer to him and kissed her lightly on the face.

"Why don't you go and get ready for the day while I make breakfast?"

Marinette nodded and started walking towards the closet. Looking at the closet, she couldn't help but feel good. On the left was Damain's side, half of it filled with work attire and the other half filled with casual clothes for hanging out with his family and friends.

On the right was her side, filled with sweats, expensive ball gowns, shoes, and bags. In her defense, her side was much more spacious than Damain's.

She picked out a matching pink coat and skirt set and paired it with a baby pink shirt, black hat, knee-high pink boots, and a Louis Vuitton bag.

After picking her outfit, she went straight to the bathroom and started filling up her bathtub.

Damain

After Marinette went to take a bath, Damain made a bee-line for the kitchen in their suite. He wanted them to have a filling breakfast so much that even if they miss lunch, they would still not be hungry.

He thought it would be better to use the croissants and baguettes he had bought for her a few days ago but never had a chance to eat.

After setting the baguette and the croissants, he started on the french toast.

Damain searched the web for the recipe for french toast.

He clicked on the first result that came.

He took out all the ingredients that were mentioned.

Following all the instructions, the french toast was ready in 10 minutes.

He decorated the already delicious french toast by cutting up some fruits, placing them on top of the pile of french toast, and pouring some maple syrup on top of it.

Just as he was finished, Marinette walked down the stairs, the stairs separating the bedroom and the kitchen.

"Hey, babe," Marinette greeted.

"Yeah, um... h-hey," Domain stuttered at the beauty in front of him.

"You okay?"

"Yeah, Of course, why wouldn't I be okay," Damain jokingly asked.

"I don't know, maybe because your eyes widened and your mouth opened the moment you saw me," Mari teased.

Damain pulled her towards him, her face colliding with his chest, "You know more than better to tease me, my love. I guess you deserve a punishment."

Marinette's eyes widened as she gasped, "P-punishment? W-what kind of punishment?"

"You'll find out about that later, now let us eat."

Marinette nodded as she took the tray of the delicious food to the balcony.

After 20 minutes they were done with their breakfast.

"Did you call the cab?"

"What cab babe?"

"Cab for me to go there, silly!"

"Who says you are going in a filthy uber cab? You are going with my mother and sister. That's it."

"But babe, I don't want to disturb them," Marinette argued.

"You are not, sweetheart. They wanted to go with you to pick the dress out."
