Dhvani voluntarily accepted the task of being a system. For a small chance to be reincarnated again, she aspires to level up and complete her task as soon as possible.

Ajay has everything. He is happy, and successful but inexplicably bound to a system that chatters in his mind. The system wants him to do tasks so it can level up and again, do more tasks. From being frustrated to enjoying, he changes gradually. 

But can he do something for her that he would never want to? And will she really want to unbind when she remembers something from the distant forgotten past?

Dhvani stood in the endless white of the Memory Ocean waiting for his answer. He looked at her for a long time and ruthlessly rejected her.
"We were never meant to meet. You should remember your duties as well."
He left her there and he never saw her again. Did he regret his parting words? Yes. But can he change anything? He hoped so.

The square spell attacked Ajay with full force. And Ajay was obviously defenseless. It had arrived before he had time to react. Normally he had ab amazing reaction time. But now he was tired and he wanted everything to go back to normal where he had no troubles and no deadlines.

All the stress took its toll on him. So he was not ready to face this attack. In a split second before getting hit, Ajay shed tears of remorse. Next time, he would definitely use a shield so as to not suffer from indiscriminate hidden attacks. Bit regret was useless as time passed.

Dhvani on the other hand was not surprised by the sneak attack. She had a system that seemed to slow down attacks so she could deal with them in time. She readily opened her system mall and picked up a fast-acting shield. She found that she was credited one million coins and points.

She didn't linger on that issue and threw the shield.
