Her light makeup was removed and a veil was placed on her head that fell to cover her face.

When the female servants leave the palace for any reason, their faces are covered.

She wore a pair of white flat shoes and held a bag, to show she was going out for an errand.

Although she was meant to be a servant, with her beautiful servant clothes, she looked nothing like one, because the air of a noble could still be felt from her.
