Her silvery moon-locks were in delicate braids to reveal her fresh, radiant face. Her bright icy blue eyes watched everyone and everything fondly, sinlessly. She was a beauty that calms the nervous heart.

That’s what everyone remembers of Princess Alora Linwood Roosevelt. Then who is the one who returned to the palace in the name of the princess?

She had fiery long hair that looked like the flames of hell and her eyes were like a ball of fire that could reduce one to ashes. She looked like an evil witch they heard of.

How could it not create chaos in the nation?

She became prey to the royals and their politics, the nobles, and their influence,  and commoners and their protest with her life on the line.

Crescent Crown: Quest of Love

Gasping, Eugenie woke from the nap after a nightmare. Wiping the sweat from her forehead, her eyes looked for Zander who wasn't in the chambers.

"Pull yourself, Eugenie." She encouraged herself. Without him beside her, Eugenie knew that she had to be strong, for herself and her daughters.

She quickly tidied herself with the help of her lady-in-waiting and a maid. She asked, "Where is Zander?"

Her lady-in-waiting signaled the maid to leave and responded, "Your Royal Highness, as soon as you dozed off, His Royal Highness went to find out Lord Loar's motives." She hesitated to continue, "Princess Freya wasn't able to defend herself. She is still a suspect for bringing Lord Loar to the palace."

"How is that possible?" Freya would risk her life for Alora's well-being instead of harming Alora in any way. Eugenie could never believe otherwise.
