CHAPTER 44

When Lulu wakes up, she slowly blinks her eyes before rubbing them with the back of her hand. The whole room is too dark. Except for the light coming from the window, Lulu cannot see anything around her. Luckily, she is not scared of dark places.

Her head feels heavy. She also feels extremely cold. Pursing her lips, Lulu wrap herself with the blanket she used while sleeping. The air coming from the air conditioner that gave her a comfortable feeling earlier is now making her body shiver in cold.

"Da—Achoo!"

Lulu rubs her nose using the back of her hand. She feels stuffy and itchy inside her nose. But the little girl cannot explain what is she feeling right now. Because her head feels heavy, Lulu gently lays her body on the bed again and closes her eyes.
