After the reunion that they had with Hera, everyone went down the cliff to the most crowded part of that camping. They definitely didn't want to stay there and take more of that pessimistic and prophetic talk, though Hera wasn't saying any lie to them.
The trainees and novices would need some more time to absorb that information and learn how to carry that burden on their shoulders.
Hera stayed in the same spot that she was when doing her speech. She didn't get angry nor disappointed that all those warriors decided to get out of the cliff's top and go away without her allowing them to do so. Instead, she got pensive.
After the higher-ups left that place as well, leaving her alone, she turned to the sea and began to reflect on that situation. Due to the pressure that she needed to bear every day and the numerous tasks and responsibilities that were on her hands, she didn't have much time to spare and think about her life.
