Ahealm

There was a time when humans abused too much of the world. A time when Nature decided to turn against them. A time when the sentence for their sins and crimes finally came. 

It was called the Great Curse. Some would say that it was a blessing since it gave humans the mysterious energy called Mana, which made them capable of using magic. 

However, most saw it just as the name said: a Curse. 

The mana invading the world brought consequences way greater than magic. Soon, beasts called Ancients began to appear, and that's when humanity's future would change forever. Those beasts were born to annihilate humans, after all. 

Nonetheless, humans are selfish and stubborn beings. They would defy the Gods, Nature, or any supernatural being that opposed them. No matter the curse, no matter the blessing. 

That's when the Beast Hunters were born and the eternal war for the survival and supremacy of humanity began. 

Little did they know that their reaction would be the start of a tale, the tale of the Legendary Beast Hunter, the Apostle of Wrath; the man of crimson eyes and hair. A human whose hatred would break the earth apart...

That is my first book for this account, so thank you very much for reading this. It may have many plot holes and mistakes, so I am sorry may any of these appear. 

As you might notice while you read the first dozens of chapters, my English is not perfect, maybe worse than average since it is not my native language. 

If you see any grammatical mistakes, please scold me so I can get better and better for the next chapters and books coming ahead xD

The legendary beast hunter

After a while of looking at that tree and reflecting on Ares' words, Amelia decided to sit on the ground, resting her back on the tree's trunk.  


Ares hesitated for a moment, he didn't bring her there just for her to rest. He wanted to continue training, after all, and the reason why he chose such an isolated place to do so was that he didn't want anyone seeing what he was doing.  


However, Amelia seemed to be very comfortable about staying there and, although Ares had a strong personality, he felt like it wasn't the time to snap with her.  


'There is something in her expression and way of acting that is making her hesitate. I feel like something is off. Is she feeling well at all?' he thought as he sighed and sit beside her. The trunk of the tree was thick enough for both of them to lean on it and have some space between each other.
