Ahealm

There was a time when humans abused too much of the world. A time when Nature decided to turn against them. A time when the sentence for their sins and crimes finally came. 

It was called the Great Curse. Some would say that it was a blessing since it gave humans the mysterious energy called Mana, which made them capable of using magic. 

However, most saw it just as the name said: a Curse. 

The mana invading the world brought consequences way greater than magic. Soon, beasts called Ancients began to appear, and that's when humanity's future would change forever. Those beasts were born to annihilate humans, after all. 

Nonetheless, humans are selfish and stubborn beings. They would defy the Gods, Nature, or any supernatural being that opposed them. No matter the curse, no matter the blessing. 

That's when the Beast Hunters were born and the eternal war for the survival and supremacy of humanity began. 

Little did they know that their reaction would be the start of a tale, the tale of the Legendary Beast Hunter, the Apostle of Wrath; the man of crimson eyes and hair. A human whose hatred would break the earth apart...

That is my first book for this account, so thank you very much for reading this. It may have many plot holes and mistakes, so I am sorry may any of these appear. 

As you might notice while you read the first dozens of chapters, my English is not perfect, maybe worse than average since it is not my native language. 

If you see any grammatical mistakes, please scold me so I can get better and better for the next chapters and books coming ahead xD

The legendary beast hunter

<p>For a moment, Melissa felt like she was underwater. A black and viscous water in which she was going deeper and deeper. She could not hear any sound, she could not talk, she could not feel. The only thing she knew was that her body kept falling and falling.</p>

<p>'Why now? Why am I paying for my sins just now? I could have lost my arms and legs during a battle, I could have died while defending a fortress, I could have been stripped from my title of noble... But Nature decided to punish me for taking such a precious thing? I know what I did was wrong, I know I am an abominable person for wiping out an entire county and killing my parents, I know I don't deserve the love Lucke gives me, I know the bonanza I have is not proper to the cruel murder I am... But why take this little and innocent being from me? Why did they take my baby?'</p>
