Tragedy (3)

Hera couldn't say anything other than look at her lover and stutter his name. She was in shock. Although, deep inside, she knew that nothing there was real, Hera didn't want to accept that fact. She decided to live that dream the exact moment her eyes laid on Gabriel.

Gabriel seemed to be having fun with her reaction, a faint smile was present on his face. His left hand was resting on the sword attached to his waist. The other was buried in the pocket of his pants. He seemed to be extremely relaxed, his face full of contentment since he got the chance to see Hera once again.

However, there was a bit of melancholy in his eyes as well. A melancholy that only Hera would be capable of noticing.

"You..." he began to say, giving a pause before continuing, "You surely fought a lot, huh? Congratulations."
