chapter Four
she smiled after pronouncing those words and said again " He is so adorable" she giggled. Weeks surpassed Lily was still thinking about the cute gentle boy she bumped into and wanted too bump into him again.
One day she decided to visit Tracy, She got to Tracy's hostel, Tracy began telling her about the party she went too the previous night and the boys she met there, she noticed Lily wasn't being attentive to her, She stopped and called her "Lily, Lily are you listening?" Lily was lost in her thoughts, Tracy tapped her and said "Lily!"
Lily came back to reality and said " I'm sorry what have you been talking" Tracy looked at her carefully and asked "Lily are you okay?" Lily smiled barely and said "sure I'm fine, what have you been talking about?" Tracy looked at her friend closely and said I've been talking for minutes but you didn't say anything!" Lily apologized and Tracy started telling her about the party again, lily was lost again in her thoughts, this time she was smiling, Tracy shouted her name and asked what she was thinking about, Lily said "nothing" Tracy observed her and told her she didn't say anything funny, she was telling her how pissed she was, because Aaron got her angry, so why was Lily smiling at that point, lily said she wasn't smiling.
Chapter five
She cautiously looked at her friend and her eyes brightened, she shouted "Lily… I know that look'' Lily at once returned to her senses and spoke back to Tracy " what are you talking about? What looks?" Tracy stared at lily for a moment and said "Lily you have a crush on someone right " Lily's cheekbone got red with an embarrassing look on her face, "Tracy! I don't know what you're talking about. Tracy smiled and said "Lily you're an awful liar, just tell me the whole thing, who is he?" Lily knew she couldn't get away with this, so she told Tracy how she bumped into a guy on her way to lecture the previous day, Tracy asked her what the boy name was, she told Tracy that he didn't tell her, Tracy said " You mean you didn't ask? What are you? A toddler?! Gosh so you just stood and stared at him like you've never seen a boy" Tracy sighed and said'' I have a lot to teach you ".
Tracy became very close to Lily, after Lily's lectures, Lily visited Tracy's hostel to have more tips on a ways to get boys, ways to look appealing to boys, ways to make boys fall for any girl. Gradually Tracy began convincing Lily to bypass a few lectures, Tracy told Lily to change her
style of dressing, she said "lily, dressing sense matters". Lily began dressing seductively, boys started coming around Lily more than before but she had a crush on someone she considered SPECIAL. Most time Lily wondered why she haven't seen him again.
Chapter Six
A couple of months passed, Lilly started going to parties with Tracy and ends up looking worn-out the next day, it made her missed a couple of lectures. Tracy convinced Lily that she will pass her exams without attending lectures. Amanda observed Lily had changed a lot, she spoke to Lily about the lectures she had missed, Lily told her there was nothing to be worried about, that she'll definitely meet up, Amanda was worried about Lily so she decided to talk to Jane about it. Jane had been noticing Lily's unusual mindset, dressing, attention seeking lifestyle, she knew those lifestyles were Tracy's not Lilly's, she was hoping Tracy wasn't involved in Lily's New conduct.
Amanda and Jane went to Lily's hostel to visit but Lily wasn't home, her roommate told them that Lily went for a party last night and has not returned. They decided to call her cellphone, it wasn't connecting, so they left.
The two girls woke up in an apartment near Francis college of Art, tired, Tracy looked at lily and laughed , she said " the party was mind blowing!" Lily smiled and said "yeah" she reached out for her phone and said "shit I've English lectures by 9am" Tracy laughed and said" is that why you've got that look on your face"? Don't worry, you'll attend the next English lecture, Even if you miss this one, so relax, besides you're smart you'll be able to cover all you've missed this semester. Lily gave her a faint smile and said "okay" they left the room and saw Tracy's boyfriend and his flat mate.
Chapter Seven
The boys were a bit older than Tracy and Lily, the boys were smoking when Lily and Tracy came down stairs, Tracy kissed her boyfriend and said "we're leaving" Aaron looked at lily and smiled, He said "Are you okay?" Lilly answered "Yeah". He stood up and said to Tracy "baby hold on let my get my car keys", Aaron went upstairs and came back few minutes later and said" let's go". Aaron's flat mate said goodbye to them and continued playing video games.
Lily got to her room, she slowly opened the door, she was having migraine, she entered her room and took some painkillers, she took her clothes off, had a chilly bath, made some thing to eat. She decided to study for a while considering she had loads to cowl up that semester, her cellphone rang, she picked it up and saw 'Dad' on the screen, she sluggishly picked up and said "Hi Dad" her Dad was happy to hear her voice, he asked her how she was doing, they talked about her studies, He also asked about Tracy, Jane and Amanda, she told him, the girls were doing okay, she told him college is very tough but she's a smart girl so she will deal with it, he laughed and said "Lily always keep in mind that Daddy is proud of you" he paused and said "Lily I and your mum loves you a lot and we are happy that our girl is smart, please Lily don't let us down" she paused felt Ashamed , she said "I will not.
The subsequent day, Lily woke up early prepared for lectures, she met Amanda in elegance and sat next to her, Amanda looked at her and said " Hey are you okay? Tried calling you several times, but it didn't connect, went over to your place but you weren't home" Lilly said "I'm okay" just been busy with a couple of things lately, how's Jane?" Amanda answered "she's worried about you".
Few minutes later the lecture began. Jane met Amanda and Lily at the cafeteria and smiled at the girls, she said "hey sweethearts how was the lecture?" Lily said "I slept almost throughout the duration of the lecture and did not understand anything" Amanda laughed and said " that's because you've missed more than half of the lectures for this semester, I'll give you my notes to make yours but you will do that at my place, I need to read them too and I've missed us reading together" Jane sighed and said " So… no one missed me?, what am I? Amanda answered "Evil stepmom" they laughed very loud and saw Tracy walking towards them, Jane said "well…. Something evil is coming our way" Lily looked at Jane and replied "Jane .. You know she's not evil" Jane laughed and asked her "you really think so?".
Chapter Eight
Tracy got to where the girls sat and sat next to Amanda and said" Hi lovely witches" Jane rolled her eyes and said "Tracy you missed history class again" Tracy reluctantly said " oh that! I woke up very late '' Jane replied her "try using a new excuse this one is old" she stood up and said "girls I have lectures now, will see you all later, Jane turned and asked Tracy "Tracy are you coming?" Tracy twisted her lower back appearing like she's hurt and said "I'm ill, would be leaving for the hospital soon, will take your notes later" Jane sighed and said "I don't have time for this" then she left.
