Born as a Bloodchild to her father, Olean Savaeros, the famed gothic Librarian of Noir and Keeper of the Vale, Ferra had not always seen the colored parts to life. Her existence before the present had been mostly in gray and black, her story written in feathers dipped in omen.

Back then, she was Nosferat'a Savaeros, the crimson-eyed spider changeling who couldn't dare to show her face in public.
