019 Be Careful Dear

Audia was silent for a moment, making Alvin curious. His hand rubbed the back of Audia's hand.

"Umm ...." Audia's face turned serious, causing Alvin to hold Audia's hand with both hands.

"Why, dear?"

"Umm ...."–Audia sighed for a moment–"... Do you remember scolding a student who came late?"

"Didi?" Audia nodded.

"The one whose cell phone makes you angry?" Audia looked at Alvin. Alvin nodded again.

Alvin gently caressed Audia's cheek. "Why?"

"That ... Didi is making a cake. And that sound, the timer that Didi set for a marker, when the cake is ready."

Audia's eyes glazed over. Makes Alvin smile. Pulling her body closer to Alvin's chest.

"Didi still remember that one?"

Audia, instead of answering. Her sobs came out of her mouth.

"Hey, Didi, why are you crying?"

"Because, you are is really bad! Angry like that!" Her voice was almost drowned in tears.

"Yes, I'm sorry, okay. I used to be angry with Didi." Alvin rubbed Audia's upper arm.

"Twice!!" Audia sobbed. Remembering the second time she was scolded by Alvin.

Alvin kept Audia away from him, in order to be able to see his wife's face. Her eyes and nose were red. For some reason, for Alvin, Audia like this is so adorable.

"Didi, it was wrong that time." Alvin gave an excuse.

"How does Didi know, if I in your class, I have to turn off my cellphone. Didi came late at that time, right." Audia defends herself.

"The second time too, the one that rings, it is your cellphone, right?" Audia pouted, tears still flowing. Do not accept, if in the past she was scolded because of other people's mistakes. The negligence of Mr. Mandala alias Alvin himself.

"Yeah, well, the second time, is my wrong. That's it, please, don't cry."

"Didi is not satisfied!!" Audia is still sobbing.

"Want I satisfied?" Alvin's seductive tone made Audia stop crying.

"Ugh!" Alvin laughed. Landed his lips on Audia's lips.

"I love you."

"Do not want!"

"I didn't ask Didi's permission, did you?" Lifted Audia's body, carried her to the room, then laid her on their bed.

"Alvin, ugh–" Audia's voice drowned in her husband's mouth. With a dexterity of his hands stripped both of their clothes.

The night before bed, Alvin looks pensive on the edge of the bed. Make Audia curious. Bringing herself closer, beside her husband.

"Alvin whats wrong?"

"Nothing. Already sleeping, let's go." Alvin lay down on the bed.

"Are you afraid, Didi, forgot the memory again, tomorrow?" Alvin looked at Audia's face. Not expecting, his wife would guess what was on his mind.

"But, Didi always remembers the killer lecturer, Didi ..." said Alvin hanging. Audia shrugged.

Audia doesn't understand that either. How could it be, her memory of the figure of Mr. Mandala, the lecturer she once hated, remained in her head.

While the figure of Alvin, Audia needs to be reminded. Completely forgot that part.

"Here, we sleep. I will remind Didi tomorrow. As usual." Alvin pulled Audia's body closer. Grab her from behind. Inhaling Audia's scent that Alvin had gotten used to.

Tonight, Alvin is still in Audia's memory, his wife. Tomorrow will be a challenge for him.

Towards morning, Audia slowly opened her eyes. There was no screaming like the morning before.

Her nets circulated in the unfamiliar-looking room. Until her gaze fell on the figure of a handsome man sitting on the sofa not far from the bed.

Observe it.

"Already up?" The man's face was flat. Scared Audia. Who's he?

"Who are you?" Audia said what was on her mind.

Instead of answering, the man chose to approach her. "Did Didi forget?"

Audia was silent. Her face looked pained. Audia thought hard about who the man in front of her was.

It worries Alvin.

"Don't be so hard on yourself, Di." His voice was soft.

"Al ... Alvin?" Immediately Audia hugged her husband's body, which she had forgotten.

"Sorry ... sorry, I'm so sorry. Forgot you, Alvin." Alvin loosened his grip. Both hands touched Audia's face, on both cheeks. Gaze into his wife's eyes.

"It's okay. Didi takes a shower first. Today we start school again, right." Audia complied, and immediately went to the bathroom.

Audia left the room in the clothes she usually wears to college.

The sweet smell of cooking from the kitchen, made her rush closer. She saw that the breakfast menu that Alvin had prepared was served on the dining table.

Special egg omelette. That's what Alvin called it. Offered a plate of rice and side dishes in front of Audia.

Audia noticed the omlet made by Alvin, the contents were so luxurious, there were chunks of bacon, mushrooms, corn, cheese, onions, and peppers.

Scoop it, and chew it for a while.

"Mmm ... delicious!" Praise Audia sincerely. Two thumbs up.

"You can cook too apparently." Audia took another bite.

Alvin joined the dining table, after hanging up the apron he had used for cooking.

"Yes, I have to. For a long time living outside, moving around. But, I can only do this, Di." Alvin scooped his share.

"But it's delicious, really." Again Audia praised him. Makes Alvin smile.

"Yeah, right. I make it using love."

"Ish! Let's start!" Audia rolled her eyes, making Alvin chuckle.

"That's it. Finish the breakfast. Later, I'll take Didi to campus."

"Well, just taking me? Are you not teaching today?" Audia sipped a cup of hot coffee latte beside her plate. Alvin, made it too, as a friend for breakfast.

"I have business today." Audia nodded.

Actually, there is an advantage today that Alvin is not teaching in her class. Thinking about how they would interact on campus, made her nervous. Because all this time, Audia had always thought that Mr. Mandala was her eternal enemy.

And now Audia is trapped in a sudden marriage with his killer lecturer. Even though the figure of Mr. Mandala, it is not as scary as it was when they were married, and through intimate days together without a break.

Mr. Mandala and Alvin, as if different figures.

"How come daydreaming, Di?" Alvin's baritone voice broke her thoughts. Audia answered it with a small smile.

"Are the cakes ready?" Alvin reminded.

"Yes, of course. That." Audia pointed to two large bags containing the cakes she had made last night and the cake that was a gift from Alvin.

Alvin was a little surprised. Everything Audia remembers. However, regarding their marriage, why can't Audia immediately remember it.

"Alvin? Ugh, turn dumbfounded." Audia waved her hand in front of Alvin's face.

"Come on." Audia was ready with a backpack slung over her shoulder. In her other hand she was carrying a cake package.

Alvin took over, carrying the two packets of cake in his hands. They both walk to the elevator.

Alvin's car drove out of the parking lot of a luxury apartment in the South Jakarta area to the Audia campus and where Alvin teaches.

A few hundred meters, the black CR-V will enter the campus area, Audia voiced.

"Alvin, Didi just get off here."

"Well, it's going to be a while, why do you want to get off here?"

"Ish! Later, if there are other students, who see Didi getting out of your's car, there will be a scene on campus." Audia still insists on covering up the reality of her marriage with Alvin alias Mr. Mandala, an architecture lecturer at her university.

"Please?" Audia showed a pitiful face.

Alvin pointed at his cheek. "Kiss first."

Audia's face reddened, then she kissed Alvin's cheek briefly, and hurried to get out of his car. However, Alvin pulled her wrist.

"Other side yet." Alvin pointed to the other cheek.

Audia snorted. However, still obey her husband's request. Kissed the other cheek.

Before Audia let go of her lips from Alvin's cheek, Alvin's free hand held and pressed Audia's nape.

Audia was dumbfounded, and was about to move away from Alvin's face. Alvin took advantage of the opportunity, pressing his lips on Audia's lips. Playing with the chewy, sweet part of his wife's face, for a while.

"Done!" said Alvin, making Audia blink a few times. Before finally waking up, patted her husband's chest.

"Bad habit!" Audia scowled, but Alvin laughed.

Audia rushed out of Alvin's car, and forgot the two packets of cake.

"Didi." Alvin came out of the car. His hand lifted two packages belonging to Audia.

Audia shyly approached Alvin, took the package, and immediately walked away from Alvin. Worried that someone would see the two of them in front of the campus.

"Be careful, dear. Study properly, don't talk in class. Afternoon, I'll pick you up, okay?" Audia ignored Alvin's loud words. Didn't even look back. Making Alvin amused himself, seeing Audia's behavior.
