Chapter 8 A Woman Named, Clarissa

“Thank you for today. I'm waiting two days from now to report the sale and possibly help make the best for your presentation,”

Gerardo ended this sentence following an important meeting with some employees from a real estate company. Gerardo then exited the meeting room and walked to the room on floor five. There will be no activity for the rest of the day because Gerardo has already expended a lot of energy overnight.

Gerardo presses the elevator button, and when the door opens, he sees a woman with curly hair who is currently in the elevator. Gerardo does not recognize the woman, but he smiles at Gerardo. The real Gerardo, who had never been interested in making small talk with a girl in the city before, is now simply repaying the girl's smile.

“I thought you were a friendly person, and finally, when we worked together, you preferred not to see me as your partner,” said the lady.

Gerardo frowns at her forehead and tries to recall who the girl in front of him is.
