Rose is the sweet and kind-hearted secretary to the cold, calculative and unbelievably hot CEO, Alec. She finds herself naked, covered with only his shirt, lying in his bed after a drunken night at a corporate party.  
She is enraged and blames him for taking advantage of her but Alec swears up and down that they hadn’t spent the night together. 　　Landing at the Seattle airport Sarah heads straight to the event venue to first check everything and only then get to her hotel. Even though the event was still two days away, she had been a little nervous the entire duration of her flight. Being distracted these last few weeks meant her forgetting things. Without being pointed out by anyone, she felt her usual high-quality work had been slipping. That had made her worried.


　　She also wanted to stop being so affected by Eric. She had been trying to get over him with tubs of ice cream and also a few swipes on the same stupid dating apps she had always hated. But just to feel that she could also get anyone she wanted, she had downloaded those apps last weekend. However, despite receiving several messages, she had yet to respond to anyone.
