　　Everyone in the Clan is busy to make room for the wounded. Crystella stops at periphery in the line of the outpost and says “This is some powerful magic.” She places her palm in apparently thin air but her eyes see something that Niya and Chase can’t.


　　“What do you see?” Chase asks.


　　“I see a powerful mesh of beautiful earth magic. I wish you could see it. Elvira was a really powerful Argenti Chase. No wonder you were attacked for her. She was valuable. Elemental magic is different, there was a time when it came easily to werewolves but over time it changed.”


　　“To some extent, yes. But we can’t stop Sybil too long, especially if she comes with backup.”


　　“We must. But we can only do so much. There are bigger players in this game and Niya is our connection to them.”
