I cringed as the maid placed my lunch in front of me. I felt sick on the inside, but I didn’t want to hurt the maid’s feelings or anything, so I smiled politely and uttered under my breathe a short thanks, before nod my head motioning to her that she could take her leave. She looked like she had seen a ghost, because her face didn’t have a trace of blood, her hands were shaky and I chuckled in humor at her behavior.
As soon as my bedroom door was shut, a smirk grew on my face. I wanted to surprise Erick. I got word from the Gamma that he’s in the basement, and me being me is going to play him a visit. But of course, he won’t be expecting it. I hurled my waist in excitement as I hid my scent and used my magic powers to make me and the wolf the future to be invisible.
“Are you up to pay Erick and Mike a visit?” I asked teasingly.
“I’m always up to see my mate. You know I’m the one that calls Ericks’s wolf Mike, not you,’ Cherish frowned.
