Kane was a young prince in the Brunhilde empire. When his father's trusted general usurped the throne, he was sacrificed to the dao of space to buy time for his father and elder brother's escape.
 
The earth had gained sentience and became self-sufficient. it now roams the universe in search of other planets to devour.

With Kane's unique mutation, he converts all his suffering and pain into power. 

On a planet constantly evolving Kane embarks on a quest to amass strength and settle scores. Even gods will not be able to save themselves from his wrath.

"Let me ask you a question. Why are you here? Why are you participating  in the sect's recruitment examination?" Haytham asked. He looked intently at the kid.

Kane was a little unnerved when asked this question. He almost thought that the Storm Cradle sect was on to something. He moved uncomfortably in his seat as he could not immediately think of an answer.

"Calm down Kane. It's just an ordinary question. We just want to know of your aspirations" said Haytham when he saw how unnerved Kane looked. He thought that since the kid was so distrustful of everything, his mutation was certainly something huge.

Kane calmed down a little when he understood that it was just a harmless question. He could swear he heard his master chuckle a little in his Plain. "I only want to get stronger. I am sorry for being too secretive, it's just that I no longer know who to trust" said Kane after a brief moment of silence as he was thinking of what to say.
