Iron hand Badi

Edan city, west wall. 6:30 am.

Iron hand Badi had just finished briefing his soldiers after the speech by the sect head, Philimon. His men had all taken positions in their respective stations and the gunners had got into their respective turrets. He heard low rumbling sounds coming from beyond the wall, prompting him to investigate the source of the noise. On the distant horizon, he could see a huge dust cloud that was steadily approaching the city from his side of the wall.

He seriously hoped that the beast tide was divided into parts and this was just one of them. He soon received a call from Hanifah who wanted to know if the beast tide was also on his side of the wall. After he cut the call, he breathed a sigh of relief but was still a little bit concerned. The portion of the beast tide attacking his side of the wall could already be numbered in the millions and the other three portions of the beast tide should roughly be the same amount.
