FINAL DECISION

As soon as I heard that , my whole body went cold .At that moment Tanasha started crying loudly.

'' Don't cry , Tanasha '' mom said.

Actually at that moment I was very sad to see Tanasha crying . How eager it was for her to get married . I was even sadder when I saw my Dad's face. I saw in his face that he could never sacrifice the happiness of one daughter for the happiness of another .

I know what daddy is going to ask me now . I said this when I could not wait for my Dad to be so helpless in front of me.

''Dad , I'm getting married .''

When they heard my words , all three of them looked at me as if they were stoned. Dad face make me cringe .

Its like Dad asking me if I should cry or laugh at those words . after a moment of silence , dad said .

'' Shenaya , even thought your mom and I decided to marry you .you know we'll be going to Canada in another month. ''

''I know daddy ''

''May I ask you something , Shenaya ? '' Dad asked .

'' What , dad ''

'' Is there anyone you love ? ''

I felt a little strange when dad asked that .but I answered without fear . That time I saw Tanasha waiting a long time to ask me what she was hoping to hear .

'' No daddy. There's no such thing. ''

'' Is it ? '' Dad asked.

Dad and Mom started talking because we could not hear . while the two were talking , Tanasha leaned towards me and started muttering .

''Are you telling the truth ? tell the truth. I will help. ''

''That idiot , do you have something I'll never tell you ? ''I said looking at Tanasha.

'' Them there is no one you like ? Dad will marry him to you somehow .''

''Shut up .What is being said is crazy ''

'' So I really meant it '' Tanasha said .

Ahm... we both stopped muttering when we heard Dad's voice.

''Shenaya , you know , there's been friend of mine , Fernandez , since I was in kid . we met one day when we went to a party. ''

Dad face lit up. I have never seen dad so happy .

That same night , Mon and Dad went to uncle Fernandez's house to set up a wedding date . while I was lying in bed thinking , Tanasha came and leaned on my side .

'' Sister , you know today is the happiest day of my life.''

''That's why '' I asked.

''We are both going to married. I will get married in two days after your marriage. ''

'' Is it ? ''

''hmmm. dad called and told your future brother-in-law ''

''hmmm'' I nodded .

'' Do you know sister you are going to marry a very famous boy .''

''That's why ? '' I asked .

''oh my god have you not heard that girls are crazy about him '' Tanasha replied.

'' Is it ''

'' hmmm. I'm so glad I've got a handsome brother-in-law. ''Tanasha said .

I closed my eyes without saying a word. I fell asleep wondering what my future would hold .

The next morning I went to the dining table and sat down .

'' Good Morning Everyone ''

''Dad , what happened yesterday ? '' Tanasha asked.

''That's right. the wedding will take place in 5 days. '' Dad said .

''It's not too early '' was one of the first words that came out of my mouth .

'' I do not think so. your Mom and I are leaving for Canada in three weeks time.'' Dad said.

'' Dad , I wants to go on a trip on my project in another week.'' I told.

'' I know honey . you can postpone that trip for another 2 days . the day after your wedding , we all want to go to Tanasha's wedding .''

'' Dad then my learning. what did they say to that ? ''

''There no restrictions on your learning from them ''

'' But after getting married , you have to listen to your husband. '' Mom said with a laugh.

'' Mom , made fun of me ? I are still not married. '' I said.

''You do your project work. we will take care of the rest. I know you do not like big parties. That's why I thought of inviting only a few people to your wedding. Then uncle Fernandez agreed. '' Dad said.

I could not finish the joy I felt when I heard it. I hugged him and said

''Thanks , Dad .. you're the best ''

I texted my team the same day to let others know that the tour had been postpone for two days.

From that moment dad said I had a wedding date , I wondered what would happen to my future . I was remained of a thousand thoughts about how the person I was going to marry would be ? would treat me ?

'' Shan get up. '' I heard my mom talking.

''Mom , why don't you let me sleep a little more .''

'' Do you want Dad come and wake you up ? ''

'' No No I got up.'' I quickly got ready and went to the dinner table . I know Dad is very angry now. I was late when Dad told me to come home early last night .

'' Good Morning Dad '' I said with a low voice.

''hmmm ''

Oh my God! why this ? that dad doesn't say a word to me ? I looked at mom in amazement.

' I do not know what the matter is but these two are very happy today ' I thought. I do not know the wrong side of the bed got up ? NO NO it can not ..

''Dad ''

'' Your wedding in 5 days .get ready. '' Dad said.

''ok'' I said.

I didn't even hear what was said. I always agreed with dad's advice. A few seconds later I realized he told me to get ready for the wedding.

'' What ? Wedding ? Me ? ''

Dad got ready to get up from the dining table .

'' Don't say a word. This is my final decision. whether you like it or not. this marriage is going to happen. '' Dad said in a cold voice .

I looked at mom innocently at that moment.

'' I have nothing to do either. This is dad's decision .'' Mom said.
