Seriously serious subject p4

"We're here, this is your room my tiny wolf, be a good boy and share it with your big sister okay?"

*Sighing* I'm sorry you had to come to this world like this." A husky voice spoke in sadness and sincerity.

The younger version of Henrietta was staring back at the newborn bronze baby in her arms, he looked nothing like her with his violet hair and eyes, but he was her child.

As she paced around in the nursery room, Henrietta glanced at one of the baby cribs, where she saw a little girl barely a year old, sleeping peacefully while hugging a carrot plushie as big as her body.

The little girl's fair complexion was so fair, it looked as if her skin was beaming like a light source.

With those Straight short Orange hair strands all over her face as she slept, she too looked nothing like Henrietta yet she was also her child.

"Maude...I guess my own children not resembling me, is my signature move from now on." Henrietta said chuckling.

...Indefinite TimeSkip...

"Hello, what do we have here?" A cheerful voice spoke as they picked-up the one year's old boy, who bumped into their leg.

Sniffing, "Garrett! oh dear, your diaper is full!" the voice spoke again chuckling.

"Lucas? where are you?" Henrietta's voice spoke next, she seemed to be searching for the person who had Garrett in his arms.

"UP HERE! I'm in the nursery! Henrietta your child's diaper is full! didn't you say the servants take care of your children when you're at work?" Lucas replied loudly, then he turned his attention back to Garrett.

"You look just like her...don't worry little Wolfie, I'm going to become your step-parent soon, and when I do I promise you, I'll be a better mother than SHE could've ever been." Lucas said smiling.

Just then, Henrietta walked into the nursery, "I asked the servants around why they didn't change his diapers, apparently they got distracted by Maude Dance battling her cousins." Henrietta replied chuckling.

Giggling at her words, "Well I suppose I should show off my parenting skills, I'll change his diaper." Lucas said happily.

"Oh, you don't have to! I was gonna do it myself! you might dirty your dress! you said it was new." Henrietta replied.

"No I insist! I've dealt with children all The time, I'm a pediatrician after all!" Lucas replied.

"Do you examine your patients or change Their diapers?" Henrietta joked, "Both occasionally...being a children's doctor is quite tricky, children need more attention than adults." Lucas replied while placing Garrett on the changing table.

...Indefinite Timeskip...

From the child's pov, "I'm pregnant...that's all I came to tell you." Lucas said while waiting for a response from Henrietta.

"You're kidding me right?" Henrietta replied.

Frowning, "I'm a doctor, why would I be joking about such a thing?! this is a seriously serious subject Henrietta!

I'm thinking about getting rid of the child, I can't raise a child on my own, I can't go through this alone but I can't drag you into this with me Henrietta...

You already have three kids on your own!" Lucas said in a sad tone, "And after this, It's best if we stop seeing each other." he added.

"No! don't please, you're not alone, we can be more than friends...I can help you, I'm right here!" Henrietta said desperately.

"What do you mean?" Lucas asked, "Wait for me!" Henrietta said and rushed out of the nursery room.

Just few seconds, and Henrietta came back, then she quickly knelt on one knee with a ring in her hand, surprising Lucas.

"You're my only true friend Lucas, and I can't afford to lose you.

I know you're in love with me, you've been throwing hints left and right but I felt nervous to catch them, I felt like I was betraying my girlfriend.

But I'm done being lonely and miserable, I want what's best for everyone, I want to take responsibility for this.

Lucas, You've been kind to me, loving towards my kids, and my family likes you." Henrietta said, "Please...Marry me." she added.

...Indefinite Timeskip...

Snatching her child from Lucas's arms, "GET OUT OF MY KIDS ROOM! I TOLD YOU TO NEVER COME HERE AGAIN?!" Henrietta screamed, "WHAT FUCKING PART OF STAY IN YOUR GODDAMN ROOM YOU COULDN'T UNDERSTAND?!

DO YOU THINK BECAUSE MY KID IS GROWING INSIDE OF YOU, THAT I WILL EVENTUALLY FORGIVE YOU?!" she screamed again making Lucas flinch.

Shaking, "I'm sorry! I heard Garrett cry, I was worried about him! he's been sick for days!" Lucas said with tears streaming down his face.

"TO HELL WITH YOU AND YOUR CROCODILE TEARS YOU FUCKING MONSTER! THIS IS MY CHILD, HE IS NONE OF YOUR CONCERN!" Henrietta screamed her reply.

Overwhelmed, Lucas dropped to the floor still crying while hugging his big belly.

Taking a deep breath, "Once you give birth, I've arranged with the lawyer to meet with you...you're signing on the divorce paper whether you like it or not.

I've also made several consults, I've insured that Luke's custody will be mine.

I'm giving you a heads up out of courtesy, so you'd prepare yourself to leave once he's born." Henrietta said, "So Don't EVER touch my kids with the same hands you harms other kids with, and if I ever see you near this room again...I will expose who you really are." Henrietta added.

...Indefinite Timeskip...

"It's all your mother's fault...she ruined my life even from beyond the grave, that wench.

Well if Henrietta wants her, she can meet her in hell!" Lucas said while glancing at a very awake Garrett.

Going inside the nursery room, "Sir why did you come back here again?! we already placed Your son in the car, we need to go now! the fire is going to start any second!" An old looking male servant spoke in hushed whispers.

"Just few seconds, there's something I should do." Lucas said as he picked the Violet-haired boy from his bed.

"Oh, god! what if anyone catches us now?! they'll find out that I helped you sneak into the mansion, I'll be dead sir! dead! we have to go!" The servant spoke again paranoid.

"Stop panicking! you agreed to this so get your act together!" Lucas replied annoyed.

"Why are you holding That kid sir?" The servant asked.

"Henrietta thinks she can break my heart, take my child from me and kick me out like an animal.

I'm going to burn her alive with grief...I'm taking her children with me, so help me pick them up." Lucas replied and The servant immediately went to pickup Leonard but Lucas stopped him, "This one won't do.

I Only want her biological children, grab the girl and her plushie, she'll start crying without it." Lucas replied instructing the servant to grab the sleeping Maude.

"Also sir, that little kid Fernando...he's at the meeting point like scheduled." The servant whispered.

"Perfect, we're taking Luke and Fernando with us to England." Lucas replied, "I know you're taking Luke because he's your son, but what about Maude and Garrett? are you getting rid of them sir?" the servant asked.

"No, despite everything...I'm not planning to harm these children...I just want them to stay away from Henrietta as long as possible.

I'll make sure the children would be placed somewhere safe, where Henrietta can't reach them because of her bad reputation...but first I have to conceal Their werewolf nature." Lucas replied.

"But isn't it unfair for your kid to grow-up without his real family?" the servant asked.

"You just suggested to get rid of the children and you dare lecture me on fairness?! I know I'M what's best for my child, and that is final." Lucas replied angrily.

"I'm sorry sir...we should really get going." The servant replied and the two snuck out of the nursery room.

...indefinite Timeskip...

"Aigooo! the poor boy barely two years old and already abandoned! who can leave a child so defenseless in the forest all alone.

It's so late at night, I'm glad you found him dear! good job!" An elderly kind woman said as she carried the Violet-haired boy in her arms, swaying left and right to soothe his nerves.

"I think this child might be human, so tomorrow we should take him to the proper human authorities." She added while smiling at the confused but relaxed boy.

"Actually...the administration, They asked me to name him and keep him.

They said I should settle him here since I found him, but I couldn't even make him stop crying...can you take care of him instead?

Look at him, he looks so peaceful in your arms and he hadn't stop staring at you.

I was hoping this boy can stay in the werewolf section despite being human...You're the one in charge with the werewolves children, that's why I wanted to talk to you." A younger woman replied.

"How odd, So they want us to keep a human child in this orphanage? And you want me to place him with the werewolves?" The elderly woman asked, "Yes! the werewolves section is the most suitable to raise a possible human." The younger woman replied.

"A 'Possible' human?" the elderly woman questioned, "Apparently they said it's okay to keep him because they sensed something unusual about This boy, not to mention he has Violet hair and eyes! no ordinary human have such a thing.

Some other orphanages have accepted a minority of humans as well with these unusual traits, they suspected they might not be completely humans." the younger woman explained.

"Ah! like those humans who come from both human and supernatural parents? I get it now!" the elderly woman said.

"Exactly!...Ajumma, please keep the child here! I won't ask for anything else." The younger woman replied pleading.

Sighing, "I suppose I can take care of one more child...fine, I'll do it." the elderly woman said smiling at the boy, "Btw, have you picked a name for him?" She asked.

"I was thinking about...Ricky?" The woman suggested, "Hmm, look at this child, he is so unique, he deserves a matching unique name!" the elderly woman replied.

Then she glanced again at the boy, "How did you say you found him again?" she asked.

"I was walking in the forest to clear my head, when I heard crying in the distance, I ran all the way towards the voice, it took me about a minute to find him abandoned under that giant oak tree." the younger woman explained.

"The oak tree? where I take my werewolf children running?" The elderly woman questioned, "Yeah, There...why?" The young woman replied.

"I got an idea on what to name him...you said you want to name him Ricky, well I suggest we name him 'Garrick'...we can nickname him Ricky that way." The elderly woman said.

"I never heard of such a name like 'Garrick'? it is so unique!" the younger woman replied.

"Exactly, I took inspiration from when you said you found him under the giant oak tree...Garrick is a French name originally and it means 'oak tree grove'...that's why I picked it." The elderly woman said, then she Smiled again at the boy in her arms, "From now on, you're Garrick." she said.

...(End of Flashbacks)....

"Ugh...my head!" Garrick Opened his eyes while reaching for his head that was throbbing in pain.

When he heard Garrick whine in pain, Ned jumped to his feet, "Garrick! You're finally awake, how are you feeling?" he asked.

"Where am I?" Garrick Asked while sitting upright, "Easy Now! you're in the hospital, you fainted couple of hours ago." Ned said helping him sit.

Sighing, "Ned...can I ask you something, but you have to be honest with me." Garrick asked.

"Yeah, sure." Ned replied, "Is Henrietta my biological father?" Garrick asked making Ned's eyes go wide open.
