Chapter - 23 - Emperor
Edge was sitting on one of the sofas along with sir Edrid , in one of the sofas by the side the Persian King was there and in front of Edge was Emperor and sir Edrid had just finished telling the courses of event that happened and how Edge helped.
" wonderful it's a very fortunate coincidence that Mr Edge was there " King Syrian said
" My apologies for what happened because of me sir Edrid" the Emperor said with a very soft tone which was hard to believe because the Emperor was 7feet5inches tall with a huge muscular build and long black hairs till neck , short beard with a big moustache
" it just happened so that I was here for a work of mine so I decided to visit King Syrian and when he heard that I was suffering from a neck infection he recommended this tea made with Magic root " the Emperor explained and Edge was surprised because he didn't need to give an explanation or apologies, he was the Emperor
Edge thought that the Emperor would be some dominating person but in his eyes he was very gentle and a genuine person , no wonder every one proclaims him the Greatest Eastern Emperor till date
" and it was very clever of you how you used your brain instead of brawns " King Syrian exclaimed
" although I know about some Shapeshifting skills yours is different you have a different aura " The Emperor said while looking directly in his eyes
" Yes , I happened to possess some kind of heritage of some demon not that I'm a demon " Edge tried to explain what he could because demons were the enemies of humans and there was also the Holy war with demons that happened centuries ago on all continents
" Can I talk to you in alone Mr Edge " the Emperor's sudden request surprised everyone
" eh. yes "
King Syrian and Sir Edrid left them alone to talk to
" you don't have to worry Mr Edge , just because you possess some demon's inheritance doesn't make you enemy of human so don't be nervous " he said after noticing the nervousness of Edge
" Yes "
" I actually have a request of you that I think only you can do "
" because I'm a demon ? "
" because you are a demon "
Edge and the Emperor talked for about an hour and then again were joined by King Syrian and Sir Edrid.
and after an hour Edge also left the scene.
" I can't believe I really got a quest like that " he exclaimed while watching the sky in disbelief

unknown to Edge , there was a post on game forums that was garnering everyone's attention
it was posted from a Private ID there was a video without any voice and the title was
Met My Hero - Blade
the audio was silent so the content weren't specific but two people were seen talking one was the leader of the PK killers and the other one was Blade
But the reason it was so high up in trending posts was not because of the video instead it was because of the comment

In a Guild hall a person was sitting , it was none other than Blade and he was discussing the matter with the guild leader
" who is that impersonating bastard ? " he demanded an answer while hitting the arm rest
" we don't know but our spies are trying their best" and the guild leader didn't have an answer
although the normal players were treating it as a funny story , among the rankers Blade was being ridiculed that some guy took the face of Blade and he couldn't do anything about it.

" is this your way of looking down on me " a man with short black hairs said while floating in the air and on his back were two pitch black feathered wings , he was none other than Jack the man who regressed and his opponent was Chris the rival of Ted.
" why are you following me " Chris asked while his eyes started to shine
" 'light' that's your character name is right ? " Jack said with a smirk and he could see the Chris's eyes were glowing even brighter
" hey don't burn me will you ? " Jack said with his hand up in the air in a surrender
" I just want to help you alright , I know that you are in the search of ' Sun God Essence ', and I can help you "
" why do you think that I need your help , I need 1 or 2 year at most to find all the essence spread around in the continent"
" 4-5 years at Max and you will still be collecting only 60% of the essence spread around the continent, you seem to forget that you are not the only one who will be collecting them and what makes you think that the essence is only in East Continent? " Jack said while folding his hands and gave some time to Chris to ponder about his words
" why should I trust you ? "
" Myself sparrow and my real name is Jack , I assume you know my company ' legions ' ? " hearing this Chris was surprised because legions was a huge IT company and it heavily invested in ESCAPE
" I have a special power and it can help you to find those Essence"
" you bird class comes with pre selected power just like my Sun God class don't fool me "
" do you really believe that ? I mean yes it comes with pre selected power but this doesn't mean that we are limited by this because ESCAPE has been made just like a real world the players can evolve and many people don't know this yet but we all have more than just a special power like my angel class can sense divinty way better than you because you are just an apostle without any divinity but I already have enough divine power "
" what do you want from me ? " Chris asked after thinking about the offer
" Simple just be the Co-leader of my guild which I'm going to make "
" isn't this more like a benefit for me how does it help you "
" because I know that you have huge potential and I can help you in reaching the final platform of your power - The Sun God , Yes I know that you can become the sun god in the future "
" Alright then form a contract "
" it's already formed " Jack said and gave the contract to Chris , Chris read the contract with as much focus as he can but he didn't find anything that could chain him down so he signed it.
