Chapter-8: pending decision.

Lisa and Eleena went to headquarter for urgent meeting. But this time…

There will be all staff in meeting including all Chiefs of cities and all Sargent of cities.

This time meeting room was different.

Entering from side doors of meeting room.

Tables were separated. On different tables, there was plate in which, post of Police was written.

"There are our name plates."

That table was opposite to Chief table. And all other officers will be on their left and right side.

All Sargent and Captain entered first and then A+ Grade officers entered. After some time, Madam Pronica with all 5 Chiefs entered inside. All Chief take their seats and Madam Pronica also.

"So… till morning, we had a missing complaint of our own female officers including Sargent Moris wife."

…

"We also had to find 20 local females who are kidnapped at same night and still our officers have to finish early case also."

…

Moris was sitting and nodding "my wife… my wife." Captain Will was pointing him and tried to stop him for doing this act. In low voice… "Shut up Moris… behave yourself."

Chief saw him and said, "Sargent Moris… your wife is being missing… whose mistake is this?"

Without any pause, he lashes out with his words on both officers Lisa and Eleena.

"Chief, it's all because of these 2 officers… if they had taken permission… then my wife would be with me."

"Sir… they had to punish."

Eleena was losing her temper, she was about to stand and attack on Moris with her words but Lisa grab her hand… due to which, she did not stand nor utter a word from her mouth.

Madam Pronica was angry and crushing her teeth, after looking at Moris behavior. She muttered with herself "who appoint him as Sargent?... idiot."

Chief asked again… "…Rest of officers… what is your views and words?"

One by one all Captains and Sargent stand from his seat and blame both of them.

In this whole argument, all 5 Chiefs were angry. Through their face expression… it was clear that who much they are angry.

They are taking long breath with anger.

In between arguments by Sergeants and Captains, the head of the department… Chief shout…

"SHUT UP…. AND STOP BLAMING THEM."

All officers were shocked and sit silently. Chief was still angry.

"You all are Sargent's and Captains of different cities… and it's your duty also to handle the case. But… instead of finding solution… you are blaming them."

Chief get's silent and asked Lisa and Eleena for their words.

Eleena stands.

"With all do respect… all 5 Chiefs. We don't know about those people and their plan. We had already sealed areas of all six cities due to which…

Those scoundrels cannot able to take away those females. But… Sir, now we have lost many female officers from different places…

I think… they are targeting us."

She took her seat.

Chief muttered, "sending her was not a bad idea."

Lisa stands.

Looking towards other officers. "If we wait for the permission then we will not able to find those girls whom we send back to their home."

She looks at all the Chiefs.

"Sir, for saving those girls we hand taken a help of old case which was solved by Vick. But now, I think… females of these cities are no more safe."

All Chief were looking at each other face. "Then… what we have to do?"

"Sir, we need him…"

All officers eras stand straight. Eyes become big and water start evaporating from their mouth. Within few seconds whole meeting room become silent due to shock. But Madam Pronica was looking at both of them with small smile on her face.

But Chief were thinking about him. They don't know… what should they say.

"Why do you think so…?"

Lisa, "Just a minute Sir, I'll show you."

She connects a pen drive to computer which was connected to a projector. "Lights off."

Eleena step aside and stand with her.

A graph appeared on the screen.

"Sir, this is the graph of last 7 years. In this graph, as we can see that before Vick had join Police… females were not safe in many areas. But female of those areas… where Vick appoint as senior officer, those areas was better than other for females."

All officers were looking at graph. "Aa… next?"

"Sir, after joining of 2 years… crime against women start's dropping down… as we can see the graph."

…

"When he killed 21 people… all Police Station had zero complaints about females. After he's gone from Police… Police start facing complaints on females."

…

"But when he came back after 2 years… female feels safe again. But now, we can see the condition of females including our officers."

She took a long pause.

"I think Sir… you all know, what I am saying to you all."

Lights on.

Both officers took their seats.

Suddenly,

A Sargent stand and said, "Sir… calling him back is not good idea."

Eleena look at his name plate "Martin."

Chief, "If we want to call him back then… we have to reopen the case on him… it's long process."

Captain Will stand from his seat and said, 'Sir… why don't we send another officer… who will look after security and patrolling units because till now all are under both of them."

"And… she will work on this case only."

Both were crushing their teeth. Both muttered "What do you want to do?"

He called an officer inside.

A female officer came inside. She gives salute to everyone. "Officer Cristina."

Lisa look down and muttered, "Again… what the…"

She was angry.

Will, "Sargent Moris… she will deal with this case and specially on your case."

…

Chief, 'Yes… officer. She will work with you on this case.'

"And officer. We will think about your opinion also."

After sometime meeting gets over.

Both were back to Police Station. May questioned about meeting. Eleena answered that there will be a new officer on tomorrow morning. She will deal with this case, she will act as helping hand for us.

Lisa was looking around. She noticed that some officers were missing with Amanda. "Where is Amanda?"

May answered, "She went on those places from where our officers disappeared. She might get anything."

"OK."  

…

She went inside her cabin. Her behavior was not good. Eleena also entered inside her cabin "when did you get those graph details?"

Lisa, "At night."

But meet was still going in headquarter. In separate room all A+ Grade officers and all 5 Chiefs were sitting and talking about the case. Madam Pronica want to resign him but other officers were also wanted same, but they have fear about his attitude towards scoundrels.

They also know that re-opening the case will take time but if they want him back they have to take decision on their risk.

Sun sets and night start occurring.

Scoundrels area.

HD was swimming alone in pool and Vector was sitting on chair and playing chess with rest bodyguards.

HD, 'Vector… I want 30 females from Dude hotel. Our new client opening a new hotel.'

Vector was silently sitting and his eyes were fixed on chess. "HD…" a smile on face "I want that wild cat… officer Lisa."

HD smiled and start swimming again.

Vector ask bodyguard about condition of 120 females. And ordered them, not to give any drugs injection to them.

"We want them just like this as we want."

…

A man came and said, "Boss… Kevin is coming with Ruby."

And door opened.

Kevin, "Hello!!..."

Both take their seat. "Eddy is asking that how did Police know about that hotel."

"Whole Police team in that hotel and asking questions to all staff."

…

Vector was still playing chess and HD was busy on swimming.

Vector, "tell Eddy that he will get his answer from Dude hotel. From there, Police went to that hotel."

Both were shocked. "Dude know about this?"

Vector, "No… Police got a tip."

Kevin step forward, pick up a Queen from chess board and make a move. "Let's go Ruby."

Vector saw that Kevin had made a right move and block the path of his king. "Wow… it's a check."

In Police Station.

Officers were start moving to their home. May went outside and look towards sky. "Hey!!... I think rain will happen… look at these black clouds."

All female officers were already sent to their home before sun set, only seniors were there.

Next morning.

Major Police Station was covered with news reporters and many parents. Police Station had new eve-teasing case.

All officers were frustrated from this case.

Lisa and Eleena, both were frustrated from answering from these questions. Some time Lisa was about to lose her tempered and fired up on them.

Headquarter were also covered by reporters.

"What Police is doing?"

"Females is not safe… is this show that Police is weak?"

"When officer Vick was there females are saved but now, he is not here… is this show your weakness?"

"Sargent Moris could not save even his wife, is this show how weak is Police is?"

Due to these questions. No officers want to answer the questions asked by reporters.

All reporters were angry and shouting outside headquarter and Major Police Station.

Lisa was inside her cabin and looking outside from her window towards those parents, who are sitting outside, those reporters who ask questions.

She hit her hand on wall.
